(Stamford, CT) - World Wrestling Entertainment superstar Triple H will soon be joining the ranks of Spiderman, Spawn and others on comic book shelves, thanks to the release of a new character patterned after him.

Gameman, based loosely on the life of the 11-time WWE Champion,  will be hitting shelves everywhere next month. It will be the first title from publisher Raw Comix, which may or may not be a subsidiary of WWE (we haven't checked yet).

The new publisher held a contest for WWE fans to choose which grappler would be the subject of the first issue. Learning from the mistakes of a previous comic book foray, Raw Comix has vowed this time out to include few, if any, tea parties featuring The Bushwhackers.

"We're all about giving our fans what they want," WWE Chairman Vince McMahon told World Wrestling Insanity News. "While they technically voted for a comic about CM Punk, we knew this is what they really wanted."

Gameman follows the adventures of powerful titan Horatio Hero Hercules, and his superhuman efforts to protect The Kingdom Of Kings against unbelievable odds.

"It's just an amazing, incredible story," gushed McMahon. "I have half a mind to try something like this in WWE, just to see how much the fans would absolutely love it."

Horatio Hero Hercules is able to stop all of his opponents with relative ease, cracking wise as he destroys each one... until meeting his ultimate nemesis, the evil billionaire Mr. McMaster.

"Hey, that's NOT supposed to represent who you think it is," Triple H said in a rare Internet interview. "You think it's Chris Masters, right? Dude, you're way off!"

Unlike previous comic book characters that had one or two superpowers, Horatio Hero Hercules possesses all of them. And whenever he vanquishes a foe, he gains their powers as well.

"I'd like to see the damn net marks crap all over this," Triple H said.

Predicting a sellout, Raw Comix has printed 2 million copies of the debut issue, and has pledged to cross-promote the graphic novel with websites such as WWE Shopzone and ecw.com.

The publisher has also promised other titles in the weeks and months to come, including The Uncanny DX-Men, V For Viscera, Raw Vs. SmackDown (Whose Side Are You On?), and Batista: Pals 'n' Gals Double Digest.
