No laughing matter: Y2J and The Joker may be headed to battle.

(Hollywood, CA) - A representative for 'Best Supporting Actor' Oscar nominee Heath Ledger says the actor has no plans to compete against Chris Jericho at World Wrestling Entertainment's annual WrestleMania spectacle.

Ledger, star of films such as The Dark Knight and Brokeback Mountain, is "fully committed to his acting career,” according to his publicist.

Jericho, WWE's first-ever undisputed World Heavyweight Champion, challenged Ledger on a recent edition of Larry King Live to step into "his world" at WrestleMania 25.

"Mr. Ledger turned in a commendable performance in The Dark Knight, but battling superheroes isn't as quite that effortless in actuality," Jericho said. "Mr. Ledger, if you ever crossed the threshold into my world, you'd be a dead man."

If Ledger doesn't accept Jericho's challenge, the Winnipeg native may challenge 'Best Actor' nominee Richard Jenkins (The Visitor), 'Best Supporting Actress' nominee Taraji P. Henson (The Curious Case Of Benjamin Button) or 'Best Writing In An Original Screenplay' nominees Andrew Stanton and Jim Reardon (Wall-E).

Keller's Take: Booking Jericho against Taraji P. Henson would be a mismatch, pure and simple. If WWE really wanted to challenge their audience, they'd have him face Viola Davis (Doubt).

"I don't know why I didn't think of this earlier," Valentine told World Wrestling Insanity News. "I mean, it's right there in my friggin' name."

The Club WWI "Aaron Wood Sucks" Sign Contest!

"My name is Aaron... and I love to SUCK!"

A few weeks back, World Wrestling Insanity Hall of Famer ZAH   ( remember him? ) and I created a contest with the sole expressed purpose of humiliating Captain Suck Aaron Wood.

Basically, ZAH and I want to see a sign that says "Aaron Wood Sucks" pop up on television, DVD or pay-per-view. We want this sign to last for all time in the annals of wrestling history. Whether it's on RAW, SmackDown, ECW, TNA or (sigh) ROH, ZAH and I want visible (ideally HD) proof that "Aaron Wood Sucks" was in clear view for the world to see.
