World Wrestling Insanity Breaking News: ROH Wrestlers Finding Goldberg 'Difficult' To Work With
(Cateret, NJ) - Ring of Honor's top wrestlers are finding it difficult to work with former WWE and WCW World Champion Bill Goldberg. "It's not one big thing, but really a series of little things," ROH Tag Team Champion Chris Hero told World Wrestling Insanity Breaking News. "For example, him insisting that he pins the entire roster every single night." Goldberg has also been reluctant to incorporate opponents maneuvers into his matches, often dismissing them as "flip-floppy crap," according to wrestlers with knowledge of the situation. "I shot him into the ropes one time, and he completely no-sold my Flying HiroDriver '91," explained one wrestler who asked to remain Delirious.... I mean, anonymous. "I mean, realistically, how the hell is someone supposed to just get up from the Flying HiroDriver '91?!?" In addition, Goldberg angered some wrestlers because he'd demanded his own personal dressing room. "So now he's supposed to use one of the closets, and the rest of us get changed in the other one?" complained Claudio Castagnoli. Most of the workers agree the Goldberg signing was the most short-sighted acquisition ROH has made since last year's signing of Sycho Sid.
