Dan Crocker on... Starting False Political Rumors, Big Daddy Loses His Cool, Snoop Dogg's Gout Medicine, TNA Losing a T, and More
By Dan Crocker
I'm trying to quit smoking again. This is about the millionth time I've tried, but it's tough. This is day six and I'm a little bit of a gripe ass, you know? Not as much as a gripe ass as everyone at TNA seems to be recently. From what Karen tells me, Joe, A.J, and Nash have all been pissed off at TNA booking and/or management recently. Yeah, Kevin Nash pissed off over bad booking is like Hitler being pissed off because someone is being too mean to Jewish people. Okay, it's not just like that, but you get the analogy I hope. Though, it wasn't really the booking Nash was pissed about. It was because Chris Sabin had been knocked out during a match, got covered for the pin, wasn't scheduled to lose at that point, and the ref stopped the count even though Sabin was unconscious. That is pretty fucked up. Someone needs to stop that match. So Nigel McGuinness is going to TNA instead of WWE. I have no idea who he is other than he makes a fine beer. Allow me to take just a quick break from wrestling here and talk about something else. We're friends, right, we can do that. I mean not everything is about wrestling. Sometimes it's about the Saints killing, I mean freakin' killing, the Giants. In your face Giants lovers. Good match between Christian and Jericho on ECW this week. That's all. No joke or anything. Seriously, there was a good match! I guess CENA/HHH wasn't bad either. I like it when there's wrestling on a wrestling program. Chris Dodd and Linda McMahon are lovers. Spread that around. I can't be sued for this because I know for a fact it's true. Tell everyone. Post it on your facebook and tweets and whatever else you young folks do. The truth must be known.
I tagged that ass. I had food poisoning, or alcohol poisoning, doesn't really matter which, over the weekend. I was hugging the toilet for two and a half days. I like to look on the bright side of things though, as most of you know, so I just consider it a nice kick off to a diet. It could be worse anyway. I could be poor Jim Ross. No jokes there, either. Get well soon, Jim. Booker T is leaving TNA. I've always been a fan of Booker. He's always been pretty solid and dependable. From the Harlem Heat to TNA, he's usually played his role well. He'll probably show back up in WWE where we can only hope he's used well. The irony of Booker's career? He's not a booker. And finally, Snoop Dog.
I too tagged that Linda McMahon's ass. I thought we had a pretty good week on RAW. I knew there would be some pot jokes though, and there was one. Now, if Linda McMahon wants to advocate for the legal use of weed, like the Mondays' RAW seemed to, then she has my endorsement. Not that I would ever do anything illegal. Not even Jaywalk. But it might help my gout. Medically speaking of course. In any event, some good booking and wrestling on RAW this week. I'm still not that interested in Bragging Rights though. That's just too many damn people for one tag match. Plus, I'm dead broke. I'm living on a candy bar a day. Anyone around Boston in early November can come see me read here. http://www.direreader.com/
