PROMO: TNA Chief Shareholder Mick Foley makes his way to the ring.  He tells the fans it's obvious that TNA needs one decision maker, not two.  As a result, he wants to discuss things with Jeff Jarrett and have one of them step down.

Jeff Jarrett joins Foley in the ring.  He asks the Hardcore Legend if he ever thinks about what he says before he says it.  Foley tells Jarrett he wasn't born with one of those filter things.  Jarrett compliments Foley on his ability and status as a legend.  However he chides Foley, telling him he's placed TNA in serious jeopardy by going after the TNA title.  Jarrett warns Foley that if the Main Event Mafia win all the belts at Victory Road, that he and Foley will have one steep mountain to climb.  Foley tells Jarrett that he's wrong, he (Foley) has something to prove- he has to beat Kurt Angle.  Foley tells Jarrett he's going to win the TNA Title for the right reason-for the boys and the fans.  Foley tells Jarrett that they should make things right by booking a good main event, how about Jeff Jarrett vs. Kurt Angle (non-title).  Jarrett asks the fans if they like Foley's idea and they cheer.  Jarrett tells Foley he's going to take a page out of his playbook and make it a Three Way Dance: Jeff Jarrett vs. Kurt Angle vs. Mick Foley.  Foley doesn't want anyone to think that he and Jarrett are in cahoots to stomp a mudhole in Angle so he's going to assign a special referee.  Jarrett likes the idea but says that the referee cannot be a member of the Main Event Mafia.

BACKSTAGE:  Lauren interviews the British Invasion.  She mentions that Homicide's X Division Title shot will be up for grabs tonight in a ladder match.  Doug Williams tells the fans that the British Invasion is all about opportunity.  Magnus praises his compatriots and explains his motivation- they're here to make the big money.  Don't look at them like second class citizens.  They're not there to pander to the fans like Blubba Ray and Devon Ray Custard.
