Insanity Staff Predicts 2010 Round Two: Vince Russo Stays, Bret Screws Shawn, Hogan Hints At WWE Return, Angle Actually Makes a WWE Return, and More

" Triple H to win the Royal Rumble, leading to, you guessed it...

The Money is always in the bank in the Palace Of Wisdom. Ye get me?

Main mania matches are Cena vs. Batista for the World Title in the main event. HHH vs. Sheamus for the WWE Title. HBK vs. Undertaker. The Hardy Boys vs. CM Punk & Luke Gallows and Vince vs. Bret in a Street Fight with Austin as referee.

The Rock will come in to do something this year, but it won't be more than one match, if that.

Hall of Fame to be Ted Dibiase Sr and everyone Bret has ever worked with or liked while they have him on board.

The Guest GM role to end after Mania, and the new GM will be, ooh, let's just say Vickie Guerrero. Why not? She's great, and frankly, will be in need of something to do by that point.

My top prospects from FCW for a call up to the main roster: The Rotundo Brothers, Justin Angel, Alex Riley, Johnny Curtis & Joe Hennig.

What? I'd have thought Kaval was a given.

Hornswaggle will extend his winning streak over Chavo Guerrero to 63 & 0 before they finally finish the feud.

Likely January 5th press release from TNAwrestling.com: "It's with great regret that we announce that TNA and Terry Bollea (you know, Hulk Hogan...we'd have thought that since we market purely to the IWC, you'd have known that...) have parted company. Bollea, citing family troubles, has decided to step back from his duties in TNA and will not return for the forseeable future. TNA wishes to thank Hogan for pissing us around once again. and wishes him the best in his future endeavours."

If that doesn't happen, however...

Vince Russo will keep his job on the proviso he only writes stuff for the people Hogan isn't immediately involved with at any given time. The shows will suck either way.

The people Hogan claims that want to jump from WWE to TNA will end up being Kung Fu Naki, Jim Duggan and Ken Kennedy, who Hogan doesn't realise doesn't work there anymore.

After three weeks of managing to work together, Angle will reform as much of the MEM as possible when Hogan effectively reforms the nWo, albeit without the trademarks, reasoning that the MEM never drew a dime, Brother.

Over/Under on the number of hires TNA make of former WWE wrestlers as soon as possible: 80%

AJ Styles, Samoa Joe & Chirs Daniels will wonder what the hell happened to them.

In all seriousness, by the end of the year, Kurt Angle will either be back in WWE, or be preparing to come back.

TNA will finally institute a "Wellness policy"to finally deter drug users. First offence will see them sitting in the corner for 15 minutes thinking about what they've done. A second offence sees the wrestler forced to go to bed without any supper and a third failure sees the wrestler grounded for a week without any TV privileges.

ROH will continue to do what it does best. Expose new talent that will get pached by the other two, on a limited budget and yet still have some of the best stuff going. That said, it will be a bigger company by the end of 2010 than 2009. Maybe not MUCH bigger, but certainly better off.

UFC, by the end of the year, will have somehow reach UFC 135, and yet people will still complain about WWE running too many shows.

EA's MMA game will be awesome, UFC 2010 will be great. WWE SvR 2011 will be the same game it's been for the last 5/6 years with some sort of gimmick to keep people interested, but one that won't actually deliver on it's initial promise.

Mick Foley and/or Colt Cabana to do a run of their stand-up comedy shows at the Edinburgh Fringe. Well, I hope so, because I'd gladly volunteer to be their technical wizard. I could do with the work .

Canadian Bulldog will overcome his fears and just propose to Jay Winterz so we have our first website commitment ceremony. JG will be the best man and The Liz and I will hook up in the coat room. "

" Hulk Hogan will win the TNA Heavyweight Championship.

ROH weekly programming will go live, and out-rate TNA iMPACT.

Jim Ross will return to the WWE, to replace Michael Cole on commentary.

Michael cole will once again, become the backstage guy.

A big name in the wrestling world will leave WWE for TNA.

TNA iMPACT will reach 1.7 in the ratings.

The Hart Dynasty will defeat D-Generation X for the Tag Team titles, thanks to Bret Hart screwing Shawn Michaels.

Ultimate Warrior will be inducted into the Hall of Fame.

Bobby Lashley's MMA career will fail.

The WWE will continue bringing up young talent, by having John Cena, and Batista win World Titles off them. "

" - When the ratings for TNA fail to set the world on fire by mid-February, Hulk Hogan will begin to feel the pressure. If he stays around, he will look like a failure. TNA management is likely to place the blame squarely on his overly-muscled shoulders, and a behind-the-scenes pissing match will ensue. Looking into my crystal ball, I see no more love between TNA and Hogan by Valentine's Day and there will be a bitter separation.

- Hulk Hogan will begin to spread rumors that he is headed back to WWE.

- Shawn Michaels will finally get a "big boy" haircut.

- Sheamus the Pale will fall asleep at the beach and suffer a sunburn that will ruin his gimmick for months.
