It's time for the singing of the national anthem, courtesy of recording artist Joe Trustie. Marine veterans Bob Armstrong and son B.G. James are there with a military color guard to honor the singing. Fortunately, La Resistance doesn't come out to interfere.

B.G. James and Bob Armstrong are in the ring. B.G. says that in honor of the men and women serving in the armed forces, they've got three words for them- GOD BLESS AMERICA!
1. TNA Tag Team Championship Match: B.G. James & "Bullet" Bob Armstrong vs. Tomko & A.J. Styles (Champions)-Mike Tenay wonders how the champions can work together given Styles' decision to side with Kurt Angle and Tomko's alliance with Christian Cage. Styles (wearing a Lawleresque crown) asks Tomko what's going on. Why hasn't he returned his calls? Tomko points to the Armstrongs and tells him they're facing the best family in wrestling and the Marines. B.G. starts off against Styles "The Prince of Phenomenal". Don West talks about how the Armstrongs know of the dissension between the champions. Will they be able to capitalzie? Styles puts James in a side headlock but B.G. escapes and lays out A.J. with a clothesline. Bob comes in and the father/son team work over Styles' arms. Styles starts some trash talking on the elder Armstrong only to get knocked down by "The Bullet". A.J. decides to tag in Tomko. B.G. wants dad to tag in but Bob is ready to face Tomko. Does this qualify as elder abuse? Bob slaps Tomko, takes some punches from Tomko, then chops away at Tomko. Tag to B.G. Both wrestlers knock him down with double elbowsmash. Another tag by the Armstrongs. Bob punches Tmko but Tomko shrugs them off and picks Bob up, power slamming him. A.J. runs in to cover Bob without tagging. He tags in and goes to work on Bob. Styles has Armstrong in the corner and works him over with some fisticuffs. Cover on Bob but he kicks out. Tag to Tomko who puts Bob in a front facelock. Given Tomko's strength, he could knock Armstrong out with the hold. Amazingly, "Bullet" Bob gets to his feet and fights his way out. Armstrong gets knocked down an elbow. Tomko is using Bob Armstrong for his personal punching bag. However he gets cocky and misses a running boot, allowing "Bullet" to tag in. B.G. runs in and dispatches of Tomko. A.J. has tagged in and B.G. unloads some rights on Styles. Cover on Styles but Tomko makes the save. Tomko holds B.G. as Styles flies off the ropes and hits Tomko. Pump handle slam on Styles. James covers him for a near fall. As Bob brawls with Tomko outside the ring, B.G. runs out to make the save. B.G. makes his way back into the ring only to get caught with a missile dropkick to his knees. James' knees are out. Tornado Plex by the champions and Tomko covers for the win.
WINNERS: Tomko & A.J. Styles (Tomko pins James)
After the match, Kyp James runs out to check on his Voodoo Kin Mafia partner B.G. James. James can't even get to his feet. He's clutching his left knee.
BACKSTAGE: Karen Angle is yelling at TNA champion Kurt Angle. She's had it with Kurt and his obsession with the TNA championship. Kurt suggests Karen Angle go to the concession stand and buy some Midol. Angle calls her a bitch as Jeremy Borash watches on.
"Shillmaster" Don West and Mike Tenay run down tonight's matches. Given the fact that everyone who's watching has ordered the show, I'm not sure why they need to list the matches. Three more championship matches to go including a TNA World Title rematch between the champion Kurt Angle and Christian Cage with special enforcer Samoa Joe!
VIDEO: Hype video for Miss Brooks vs. Payton Banks. Banks has replaced Brooks for Robert Roode Incorporated.
2. Payton Banks vs. Traci Brooks: Traci has lots of payback in mind for Banks. Payton slaps Brooks but Brooks slaps her back. Spear by Brooks knocks Banks down. Brooks starts stomping a mudhole on Banks. Brooks gets an eyerake as Banks grabs her hair and throws her down to the mat. Banks chokes Brooks until the referee stops her. Another spear to Banks as the two ladies roll around on the mat. They roll out of the ring and begin brawling outside the ring. Brooks is beating the daylights out of Banks outside the ring. Brooks grabs her by the hair and rams her head into the mat apron. Brooks points to Banks and charges her but Banks trips her and Brooks goes head first into the steel steps. Banks whips Brooks into the guard rail. Banks throws Brooks back into the ring. Stomp on Brooks as Banks kicks her around the ring. Punches to Brooks as Banks picks her up and slams her head into the turnbuckle. Brooks tries to fight back with chops but Banks chops her down. Banks rakes her nails on Brooks back. Backstabber to Brooks by Banks. Cover on Brooks but Brooks kicks out. Traci is down on the ropes as Banks continues the beating. Banks goes for a power bomb but Traci back body drips her and mounts a comeback. Kick to Banks head. Clothesline to Banks. Cover on Banks for a two count. Brooks goes to the top rope but Banks stops her and knocks her off the top rope. Banks charges Brooks in the corner and misses, hitting the ring post. Brooks wastes no time in covering Banks for the pin.
WINNER: Traci Brooks (by pinfall).
After the match, Banks hits Brooks with a lariat, going for a post-match beatdown. Brooks rallies back and knocks Bank out of the ring.
VIDEO: Hype video for Maple Leaf Muscle (Petey Williams) vs. Scott Steiner. Each man will be fighting for the other man's title match (won in the "Feast or Fired" match) with the winner taking all (X Division title match & TNA World title match).
INTERVIEW: Backstage, Williams and Steiner talk trash about their upcoming match. Steiner runs down Williams calling him a pimple popping punk. Steiner warns Williams not to copy him in the ring.
3. Case vs. Case Match: "Maple Leaf Muscle" Petey Williams vs. "Big Poppa Pump" Scott Steiner: Steiner drops off the cases to "Shillmaster" Don West before posing in the ring. As he does, "Maple Leaf Muscle" mimics him. You don't want to make Steiner mad. The two musclemen pose down before the match. Collar and elbow tie up as Steiner flicks Williams off him like a flea. Steiner poses as Williams loses a subsequent test of strength. Dropkick to Steiner's knee but "Big Poppa Pump" shrugs it off and hip tosses Williams out of the ring. Williams clotheslines Steiner for no effect. A third clothesline attempt sees Steiner clothesline Williams instead. After Williams mmics some of Steiner's push-ups, Steiner chases him around only to get caught off guard. Williams tries to match muscles with Steiner only to get caught with a belly to belly release suplex. Steiner puts Williams in the tree of woe then begins choking him from outside the ring. Elbow drop on Williams as Steiner does some push ups to show how great he is. Steiner hits a belly to belly suplex off the second rope, sending Williams flying. Steiner covers Williams but lifts him at two. Steiner goes for some more punishment, chopping away at Williams. Steiner positions Williams on the top rope and goes for a fall away slam. Williams looks like he's dead. Steiner covers "Maple Leaf Muscle" but lifts him up again. Steiner picks up the two cases and props them up,, one in one corner and the other opposite it. Steiner goes to throw Williams into the case but referee "Slick" Johnson stops him. As the referee argues with Steiner, Williams recovers and trhows Steiner into the corner. Cover on Steiner for a nearfall. Hurricarana by Williams after a power bomb attempt by Steiner. Steiner slams Williams to the mat and goes for a pin only to get a two count. Roll up by Williams. Williams isn't giving up. He dropkicks Steiner in the back of the neck. Williams climbs to the top and hits a high cross body block. Cover but Steiner kicks out. Williams has really come back. Now, he's going for the Steiner Recliner on the man who made the hold so famous. Steiner uses his power to rise up and slam Williams into the corner. Steiner gets caught with a Tornado DDT in the corner by Williams. Cover by Williams sees another nearfall. Low blow by Steiner gives him some breathing room. Steiner probably realizes he can't toy with Williams anymore. Williams hits a low blow of his own then shoves Steiner's head into one of the cases. Missile dropkick by Williams knocks Steiner down. Williams starts show boating as a mystery woman comes out to distract Williams. Williams poses for her, giving Steiner a chance to recover. Steiner puts him on his shoulders then power bombs Williams into the mat.
WINNER: Scott Steiner (by pinfall).
BACKSTAGE: Jeremy Borash is backstage with Kurt Angle. Angle is perplexed by his wife's behavior and asks Borash for help. Borash tells Angle he came to the right man because he has a new book coming out on "Banging the Broads". Borash tells Angle he needs to look into his wife's soul and whisper some sweet nothings. Angle slaps Borash and tells him he needs something bigger. Borash asks Angle what Thursday is. Angle replies "Impact". Angle finally figures out it's Valentine's Day. Borash suggests Angle renew his vows with his wife.
VIDEO: Hype video for the battle over the TNA Drinking Championship. Eric Young talks about his training regimen for the quest to become champion. Will Young be able to defeat "Tennessee Cowboy" James Storm and retain the title?
4. TNA Drinking Title Match: "Tennessee Cowboy" James Storm (w. Miss Jacqueline) vs. Eric Young (champion)- Note; This is NOT an officially sanctioned TNA title. Young gets blindsided by Storm while chilling with the fans. Storm throws Young into the guard rail then throws him into the ring. Lou Thesz Press by Young off the ropes as Young uses his speed to rally back. Young clotheslines Storm over the top rope. Young hits a cross body block off the top rope, knocking Storm down hard on the arena floor. Young chases after Miss Jacqueline. Young chases Jacqueline, allowing Storm to recover. Storm hits a roundhouse kick on Young, dazing him and causing him to stumble out of the ring. Storm removes the padding from outside the ring then hiptosses him onto the exposed concrete floor. Cover on Young but the champion kicks out. Young gets thrown out of the ring onto the concrete. Storm follows him out of the ring then goes for a suplex. Block by Young and reversal. Storm crashes into the floor. However Storm rallies back and DDT's Young inside the ring. Cover on Young for a nearfall. Storm hits "The Eye of the Storm" on Young, sending him crashing downinto the mat. Storm showboats as Young lies on the mat. Storm punches Young several times. He wastes his time though, allowing Young to recover and power bomb Storm across the ring. Young's fans cheer him on as he rallies back. Young slides under Storm and hits a belly to belly suplex. Cover by Young for a near fall. Jawbreaker by Storm slows Young down, allowing Storm to climb to the top rope. Storm dives off with a swanton but misses as Young rolls away. Moonsault by Young. The champion covers Storm for a near fall. Young picks up Miss Jacqueline and uses her as a battering ram on Storm. Young picks up Miss Jackie and Storm for a Death Valley Driver. It's not enough for the pinfall victory though. As Miss Jackie distracts the referee, Storm gets the beer bottle handed to him and goes to use it. Unfortunately for him, Rhino sneaks into the ring and hits the Gore. Young capitalizes and covers Storm to get the victory.
WINNER: Eric Young (by pinfall).
After the match, Rhino grabs the microphone and tells the fans that he has a lot to say. However he's saving his comments for Impact on Thursday. He tells the fans that Rhino is back and ready to kick some ass.
INTERVIEW: Crystal interviews TNA authority figure Jim Cornette. Cornette discusses the Barbed Wire Massacre that Abyss demanded. The South Carolina State Athletic Commission barred the match from taking place in the state. As a result, the match is being held in the Impact Center in Orlando, Florida. Cornette warns the fans that the match will be bloody. Cornette demonstrates how sharp the barbed wire is by shoving Crystal's head into it. No, he doesn't. He shoves a tomato into the barbed wire.

5. TNA Knockouts Title Match: ODB vs. Awesome Kong (champion) (w.Raishe Saeed): ODB isn't going to back down from Kong but can she stop the Knockouts champion? Kong pushes ODB but ODB pushes her back. ODB has a low center of gravity which may help her against Kong. ODB tries for a bodyslam on Kong but thinks better. She charges Kong only to get clotheslines. ODB goes outside to rally back and grabs her flask. Saeed gets in her face only to get talked down by ODB. ODB tries to slam the 278 pound champion. ODB kicks her then cjops her. Kong charges her in the corning. shades of King Kong Bundy). Boot to ODB's head sees her dazed. Kong throws ODB out of the ring. Kong slams ODB into the guard rail. ODB looks like she's favoring her knee as Kong slams her into the guard rail again. The fans chant ODB as Kong manhandles her. ODB is rolled back ntot he ring. Kong stomps her again as ODB tries to rally back with the fans' support. Kong lifts ODB up for an Awesome Bomb. ODB fights her way out and places herself on the top rope. ODB ducks a spinning back fist. She goes for a move off the top rope but Kong escapes. Kong grabs ODB by the hair and picks her up for another Awesome Bomb attempt. Dropkick by ODB sends Kong back but doesn't do much more. More dropkicks with the same results. ODB jumps off the second rope and hits a Lou Thesz Press. Cover by ODB for a two count. ODB goes for another body slam but Kong knees her. Clothesline by Kong knocks her down. Kong slams ODB to the ground. Cover for a two count. Kong goes to the top rope for a body splash. ODB races to the top and grabs Kong, slamming her off the top rope. Cover for a two count. Sensing she needs something extra, ODB grabs her flask and takes a drink of courage. ODB peppers Kong with some shots then goes after Saeed. Bad move as Kong attacks her and finally lands the Awesome Bomb. Cover and 1-2-3.
WINNER: Awesome Kong (by pinfall).
INTERVIEW: "Father" James Mitchell tells Abyss that it's going to be like old times again. Mitchell tells Abyss that mommy won't be there to save him, just like before.
VIDEO: Hype video for Abyss vs. Judas Mesias
Before the match begins, Jim Cornette reminds the fans that both men demanded this match. TNA had them waive all liability for any injury they sustain in the match due to the brutal nature of the match.
6. Barbed Wire Massacre Match: Judas Mesias (w. "Father" James Mitchell) vs. Abyss: Mike Tenay warns the fans that this match is not for the faint of heart. Mike Tenay recalls the first Barbed Wire Massacre from 2005 where Abyss defeated Sabu. This is the second ever Barbed Wire Massacre Match. Both men lock up but neither can get the upper hand. Both men walk up to each other and acknowledge each other. Tie up by Abyss into a waistlock. The ring ropes have been replaced with barbed wire. Mesias reverses and tries to shove Abyss into the barbed wire. Abyss tries a bodyslam but Mesias slips out and dropkicks Abyss into the barbed wire. Mesias rains some punches down on Abyss. Abyss stops him and slams him down onto the barbed wire. James Mitchell tries to check on Mesias but Abyss doesn't give either man time. Abyss gets caught with a drop toehold by Mesias and falls on the barbed wire, Mesias punches away at Abyss. Abyss fights back and rolls under the barbed wire to get a chair from under the ring. It's not a regular chair-it's wrapped in barbed wire. Abyss puts the chair on his step brother Judas Mesias and goes to drop a boot on Mesias. Unfortunately, Mesias lifts the chair up between Abyss' legs. No little Abyss' after that. Abyss gets blasted in the head with the chair. Abyss is busted open! Mesias punches away at the exposed flesh as Abyss crumbles to the mat. Once that blood starts flowing, your strength oozes out of you. Abyss has a lot of strentgh though so don't count him out yet. Mesias grabs a table wrapped in barbed wire and throws it into the ring. Abyss rolls out of the ring as Mesias goes after him. Punches to Abyss' wounds as Mesias begins biting Abyss. Mesias continues brawling outside the ring but Abyss manages to throw Mesias into the steel steps. As Mesias recovers, Abyss goes underneath the ring and grabs a barbed wire table. He places it between the ring and the guard rail. As he does, James Mitchell hits Abyss from behind. Abyss goes after Mitchell as Mesias recovers and blindsides Abyss. Both men are in the ring now with Mesias holding a piece of barbed wire. He uses it to slice Abyss' arm open. Both men are wearing gloves (not a bad idea). Mesias goes after the wounded forehead of Abyss again before slicing Abyss' arm again with the razor sharp wire. Abyss gets more punishment served up by Mesias. The two start brawling and Mesias charges Abyss only to get caught in a press slam and thrown down belly first onto a board covered in barbed wire. As Mesias is recovering, Abyss goes outside the ring and grabs another barbed wire board into the ring. Abyss takes a moment to recover outside the ring but Mesias won't let him. Abyss goes to chokeslam Mesias and throws him onto a barbed wire board outside the ring. Seeing Mesias is in trouble, Mitchell distracts Abyss and runs away from him. Abyss corners him in the ring and Black Hole Slams him in the ring. Mesias charges in only to get caught with a Black Hoe Slam. Cover on Mesias for a near fall. Both men are now down on the mat apron trying to get their bearings back. Abyss has lost a considerable amount of blood. Low blow by Mesias floors Abyss. Abyss gets up before Mesias but Mesias beats him to the punch. Mesias charges Abyss, spearing him into the barbed wire board. Abyss is caught on the barbed wire. It's amazing that Abyss is still up. Both his arms are bloody as is his forehead. Mesias has some minor cuts on his abdomen. Mesias tries some right hands to Abyss. Out of nowhere, Abyss hits the Black Hole Slam again, this time on the barbed wire board. Cover and it's over.
WINNER: Abyss (by pinfall).
After the match, Mike Tenay praises Abyss and compares him to Mick Foley.
INTERVIEW: Scott Hudson interviews Robert Roode. He asks Roode if he has any regrets. Roode tells Booker T that he's the one responsible for his wife's injury, not Robert Roode. Roode tells Booker he tried to apologize only to be rebuffed. He's sick and tired of Booker T. He hates everything about him, most of all, his horse-faced skanky wife. Tonight, he will shatter T's jaw, proving that it pays to be Roode.

INTERVIEW: Booker T is interviewed by Jeremy Borash. Booker tells Borash that his wife is recovering at home. Booker T tells Roode "In 30 seconds, your punk ass belongs to me".
7. Revenge Match: Robert Roode (w. Peyton Banks) vs. Booker T: Before Booker can get in the ring, Roode stomps away at him. Booker recovers quickly and begins unloading punches and kicks on Roode. Side alsm to Roode as Booker is out for revenge. Another side slam sends Roode crashing down hard on the mat. Peyton Banks looks on with conern as Roode gets more punishment from Booker T. Series of chops by Booker T. Roode crumbles in the corner. Booker lifts him and whips him into the opposite corner, following up with a clothesline. Booker then throws Roode over the top rope. T goes outside the ring and chops away at Roode. Roode is in the corner b the guard rail and gets dropped on the safety rail next to a big busted woman. Booker T is holding nothing back as he clotheslines Roode outside the ring. Booker T grabs Roode by his hair and throws him into the ring. Roode catches Booker T with some boots as Booker rolls back in the ring. Roode then slams Booker's head into the turnbuckle. Chops to Booker by Roode. Roode wastes no time unloading punches and kicks on Booker T. Roode has to catch up but Booker doesn't give him a chance, catching him with a hook kick. Booker goes back to work on Roode, stomping a mudhole on Roode. Peyton Banks gets in Booker's face and nearly gets the same treatment as Booker's wife did against Roode. Booker stops himself but as he does, Roode hits him from behind. Roode dishes out more punishment to Booker. Looks like Roode has caught his second wind. Roode measures Booker and hits several punches. Dropkick by Roode to Booker. Cover for a nearfall on Booker. Roode goes to wear Booker down with a facelock. Booker powers his way out and slings Roode across the ring. Big side kick by Booker T floors Roode. Booker is taking his time getting back on his feet but so is Roode. Roode misses some punches and hits a spin kick on Roode. Booker flies out of the corner with a forearm. Spinebuster to Roode plants him in the mat. Booker drops to one knee and performs the spinarooni. The crowd explodes but their cheers turn to boos when Booker is thrown outside the ring by Roode. Booker recovers and grabs Roode's leg, smashing it into the ring post. Roode gets kicked in the leg by Booker. Eye rake by Roode slows Booker. Booker goes for a scissors kick but Roode dodges and Booker hits the ring ropes instead. Booker back body drops Roode over the top rope. Booker throws Roode back into the ring. Roode looks to be taking a powder as Miss Banks follows him backstage. Booker T follows Roode backstage as the camera follows both men. Booker T brawls with Roode as "Slick" Johnson counts both men out.
WINNER: No winner as both men are counted out.
Backstage, both men are fighting. Roode tries to escape in a car but Booker T tries to stop him. Roode stuns Booker and yanks Peyton Banks out of the car. Roode drives off as Booker T looks to the camera and says it's not over.
INTERVIEW: Jeremy Borash is backstage with Kurt and Karen Angle along with "Prince of Phenomenal" A.J. Styles. Kurt Angle is trying to soothe his wife. He tells Karen that he knows he's been ignoring her. Angle tells her that after he defeats Christian Cage tonight, he's going to renew their wedding vows on TNA Impact. Mr. Angle tells MRs. Angle he thought of it all by himself. Mrs. Angle is excited and tells Kurt she's going to prepare for the big night. Kurt Angle turns his attention to the main event and warns Christian Cage that this is Cage's last chance to win the TNA title. He then warns Samoa Joe to stay out of his way. Tonight it's going to get real, it's going to get damned real!
VIDEO: Hype video for the current feud between Team 3-D and the X Division.Tonight's tag match has the stipulation that if Team 3-D wins, the X Division is abolished. If they lose, they have to drop to below 275 pounds each.
INTERVIEW: Scott Hudson interviews Team 3-D and their henchman Johnny Devine. Brother Ray asks his X Diviison competitors if they have the heart and the will to win a match like they're in tonight. Ray acknowledges his respect for "Black Machismo" Jay Lethal but dresses down the Motor City Machine Guns, telling them they don't look like wrestlers and they don't look like wrestlers. He calls them a flash in the pan tag team and warns them their 15 minutes of fame are up.
8. X Division Championship Match (Six Man Hardcore Brawl): "Black Machismo" Jay Lethal & The Motor City Machine Guns (Chris Sabin & Alex Shelley) vs. Team 3D (Brother Ray & Brother Devon) & Johnny Devine (X Division Champion): Whoever scores the pinfall wins the X Division championship. Wild brawl as Team 3D gets attacked on their way into the ring. The Guns and Lethal go after Brother Ray with Lethal using a "Dead End" street sign to beat down Brother Ray. Brother Ray bails out as the defenders of the X Division slingshot over the ropes onto their opponents. The Guns and Lethal have a lot to fight for as the X Division will be abolished if they lose tonight's match. Tornado DDT by Sabin, Lethal, and Sabin on their respective opponents. Shelly throws a trash can full of weapons into the ring. Sabin throws a kitchen sink into the ring as Team 3D and Devine get beat down further. Garbage cans are flying as Team 3D and Devine get covered. They kick out though. Sabin blasts the kitchen sink over the heads of Brother Ray and Brother Devon. THe Guns apply sleeperholds to Team 3D. The power of Team 3D shows through as they double suplex Jay Lethal, knocking Sabin and Shelly off of their backs. Team 3D gos to work on their foes using the weapons in the ring. Team 3D and Johnny Devine are going to work on Lethal and the Guns. Team 3D are the masters of hardcore wrestling and once they get the advantage, it could all be over. The Guns must realize this as they rally back and double team Team 3D. Highlow by the guns to Devon. Sabin covers Devon but only gets a two count. Team 3D has such a weight and strength advantage that Team 3D will be hard to pin. Brother Ray double clotheslines the Guns. 3-D on Sabin by Devon and Ray. Shelly tries to fight back but gets a 3-D of his own. Lethal tries to stop Team 3D but gets clotheslined by Ray. All three defenders of the X Division are laid out. Brother Ray waits for Jay Lethal to get to his feet only to knock him down again. Brother Ray then blasts a garbage can over Lethal's head. So Cal Val watches the slaughter from ringside and pleads with Brother Ray to stop. She walks to the ring and gets grabbed by Brother Ray. Ray grabs a cheese grater and threatens to use it but Jay Lethal stops him. Lethal checks on So Cal Val then climbs the top rope and hits a hurricarana off the top rope. Lethal is going nuts and blasts Ray with a steel chair. Rudy Charles makes the count but Brother Devon stops him from hitting the third count. Lethal dives out after Devon. He runs back into the ring and springboards off the ropes onto Brother Ray. Cover on Ray for a near fall. Devine runs in and gets caught by Lethal. Lethal is defending himself against all three opponents. The numbers game catches up as Brother Ray hits a full nelson slam on Lethal. Somehow, Lethal kicks out at two as Ray misses the chance to win the match. Team 3D sets up a table as Lethal tries to fight back. Devon getsknocked out of the ring. Ray gets hit with an enziguri. Devine rolls back in with the street sign and swings it at Lethal. Lethal ducks then blasts the sign over Devine. Devine is laying on the table. "Black Machismo" climbs the ropes and hits the flying elbowsmash on Devine to score the win.
WINNER: Jay Lethal & The Motor City Machine Guns (Lethal pins Devine to win the X Division title).
After the match, Jay ethal is congratulated by So Cal Val. Brother Ray tries to escape with the X Division title but Lethal dives over the top rope and knocks him down. Lethal recovers the belt and hugs So Cal Val. Sonjay Dutt runs in to congratulate Lethal as well.

INTERVIEW: Scott Hudson confronts Christian Cage and tells him there's more going on than meets the eye. Cage asks Hudson who he is. Cage asks Samoa Joe to do his job, despite the differences he's had with Angle and Cage. He tells Joe he deserves a title shot but not tonight. Tonight belongs to "The Instant Classic". Tonight, he'll make his title official, becoming the world champion for the third time. If you don't know, now you know.
9. TNA World Heavywweight Championship Match Special Guest Enforcer: Samoa Joe
: Christian Cage vs. Kurt Angle (champion) w. Karen Angle- Mike Tenay talks about how Kurt Angle has apparently calmed Karen Angle down, allowing him to focus on the match. Jeremy Borash introduces the combatants to the fans in Greenville, South Carolina. Greenville has seen more than its fair share of exciting world championship matches. Hopefully tonight will prove to be another one. Samoa Joe goes outside the ring so he can serve as special enforcer while referee Andrew Thomas calls the match inside the ring. Collar and elbow tieup as both men fight to the corner. Thomas breaks both men up, separating them. Cage and Angle face off as Angle drops to a knee. Waistlock by Cage but Angle reverses and hits a go behind, knocking him down to the mat. Angle uses his amateur wrestling moves to keep Cage down but Cage is fighting back hard. Cage whips Angle into the ropes but gets caught with a shoulderblock. Pin attempt by Angle. Angle goes to a side headlock, taking Cage down to the mat. Cage gets up and whips Angle into the ropes. Leapfrog over Angle but Angle catches Cage with a shoulderblock. Cage applies a side headlock of his own as Angles back suplexes Cage. Cage holds on and maintains the side headlock. Angle gets to his feet and forces Cage into the corner. Kick to Cage followed by a forearm uppercut. Cage doesn't skip a beat and applies the side headlock to Angle again. Once again, Angle gets to his feet and forces Cage in the corner. Thomas makes a count, demanding a break. No clean break from Angle as Cage goes down. Angle whips Cage into the corner but as he charges Cage, Cage hits a shoulderblock. Cage whips Angle into the corner and Angle's shoulder hits the ring post. Angle flies through the ropes ouside the ring. Cage climbs the top rope and lands a flying axe handle on Angle, flooring him. Chops to Angle outside the ring. Cage rolls Angle into the ring. Angle punches at Cage as Cage is on the second rope. Cage gets caught by Angle and thrown off the second rope. Angle suplexes Cage and covers him for a two count. Cage is punched in the head by Angle as Samoa Joe gets on the mat apron and backs Andrew Thomas up against Angle. Angle misses a clothesline but when Cage charges him, Angle belly to belly suplexes him over the top rope. Cage is on the mat apron writhing in pain as Angle comes out after him. Angle looks for a chair and finds it. Angle goes to use it but Joe takes the chair away. Angle gets in Joe's face and shoves him. Joe shoves back, knocking Angle down. Cage chops at Angle after he's had time to recover. Angle goes for an Angle Slam and rams Cage into the mat apron. Angle rolls back in the ring as Cage is recovering. Angle rolls Cage into the ring. Cage hits some chops on Angle, fighting back. Angle stops him with a boot then powerbombs Cage in the corner. Cover on Cage for a near fall. Karen Angle admonishes referee Andrew Thomas for a perceived slow count. Angle goes after Cage with a bodyscissors. Cage tries to escape and rolls up Angle for a near fall. Angle goes back to work on Cage with German Suplexes, hitting two suplexes until Cage elbows his way out. Cage flips Angle down, driving Angles head into the mat. Elbowsmash to Angle as Cage knocks Angle down. Cage hits a nearfall on Angle. Cage climbs the ropes but Angle beats him to the punch. Cage knocks Angle off and hits a Frog Splash for a near fall. Cage gets thrown into the corner and hits the top turnbuckle. Angle stalks Cage and goes for an Angle Slam but Cage counters and throws Angle out of the ring. Cage and Angle fight on the mat apron. Angle goes for an Angle Slam off the mat apron but Cage holds on to the top rope for dear life. Cage elbows his way out Angle applies the ankle lock while they're on the ropes then forces Cage into the ring. Cage is locked in the ankle lock square center in the ring. Somehow, Cage hops his way to the ropes, forcing a break. Angle sizes Cage up and goes foran Olympic Slam. Cage slips out and goes for a rollup. Angle counters and hits the ankle lock but Cage counters it into a rollup. Unprettier attempt by Cage but Angle counters it, hitting the Olympic Slam. Cover on Cage for a two count. Angle climbs the ropes and goes for a moonsault but Cage rolls out of the way. Cage slowly gets to his feet, using the ropes for support. Cage is in the corner. He slowly climbs the ropes. Angle goes after Cage but is knocked off. He doesn't give up and goes after Cage again, this time suplexing Cage off the top rope. Cover by Angle for a near fall. Angle begins paint brushing Cage but Cage uses the chance to hit the Unprettier. Near fall by Cage. Both men slowly get up. Angle goes for a clothesline but misses Cage and clotheslines the referee. Cage applies the ankle lock as Samoa Joe runs in to check for a submission. Angle reaches the ropes as Karen Angle holds on to Angle, trying to help him. Karen gets in Cage's face as Samoa Joe looks on. She slaps Cage and Cage goes after her. Angle goes after Cage but Cage side steps him, causing Mr. and Mrs. Angle to crash into each other. Cage and Angle clothesline each other, flooring each other. Samoa Joe takes Karen Angle and sits her down on a chair. A.J. Styles runs out and tries to go after Cage but Joe stops him. Joe goes after Styles, fighting with him in the crowd. With Joe distracted, Jurt Angle grabs a chair and swings it at Cage. Cage grabs the chair but Angle low blows him. Angle blasts the chair over Cage's head as the referee is still out. Cage is down on the mat as Tomko rolls in and stops Angle from using the chair. Tomko then goes after Cage, hitting a Shock Treatment on Cage. Angle wakes the referee up and covers Cage for the pinfall.
WINNER: Kurt Angle (by pinfall).
