VIDEO:  Hype video for tonight's show!

Six championship matches and a career threating match are in store tonight as the Great American Bash comes to you live from Nassau Coliseum in Long Island, New York.


1.  WWE Tag Team Championship Fatal Fourway Match:  John Morrison & the Miz (Champions) vs. Curt Hawkins & Zack Ryder vs. Jesse & Festus vs. Finlay & Hornswaggle : Miz and Morrison have been champs since November 2007.  Will they beat the odds and emerge as champions?  Foley points out that the champs could lose their belts without actually losing a fall.  The bell rings and Festus transforms into a monster, clearing the ring of all his competition.  Miz and Morrison are outside the ring and throw Hornswaggle into the ring.  The lovable Festus doesn't attack Hornswaggle immediately but Hornswaggle rolls up his sleeves and prepares to do battle.  Hornswaggle dives out of the ring onto Miz and Morrison and Festus soon finds himself in the ring with Miz, manhandling the young superstar.  Festus clotheslines Miz inthe corner before tagging in Jesse.  Monkey flip by Jesse sends Miz flying.  Cover on Miz for a two count.  Jesse slams Miz into his corner and tags in Festus.  Miz is thrown into Festus who knocks him down with a clothesline.  Blind tag to Finlay by Miz but Festus floors him with  aclothesline.  Tag to Morrison by Festus.  Morrison goes to work, beating Finlay down with punches and forearm uppercuts.  Finlay tries to fight back but Miz tags in and helps Morrison double-team Finlay.  Front facelock on Finlay.  Finlay knees Miz and Miz knees him back.  Russian leg sweep by Miz.  Miz covers Finlay for a two count.  Tag to Morrison.  Morrison forearm smashes Finlay then catapults over the top rope onto the challenger.  Cover on Finlay for about a two count.  Morrison puts Finlay in a modified Cobra Clutch.  Tag to Miz and Finlay pounce on Miz, slugging away.  Miz tags in Morrison and Finlay pummels on him as well.  Ryder makes a blind tag to Morrison and goes after a groggy Finlay, wrenching on his head and neck.  Hawkins tags in and continues the beatwon on Finlay.  Showing great reslinecy, Finlay fights back with punches but Hawkins perseveres and beats his weakened foe back down to the mat.  Finlay's head is rammed into the turnbuckle by Ryder as Hawkins tags in.  Finlay catches Ryder out of nowhere with the Celtic Cross and covers him for a two count until Hawkins runs in for the save.  Hornswaggle tosses the shilleligh to his dad and Finlay covers Hawkins until Ryder runs in for the save.  However Ryder and Hawkins are able to fight back and Finlay finds himself in a side headlock.  Tag to Hornswaggle who delivers a flying headscissors .  Blind tag by Jesse who runs in and hits a Lou Thesz Press.  Fisherman suplex by Jesse who covers his foe for a two count.  Tag to Festus who powers in and takes out both members of the Rated Rmy.  Festus bounces off the ropes and hits a big splash on his foe.  Miz and Morrison run in only to get tossed out of the ring by Festus.  Tag to Jesse by Festus. Jesse goes for the Rocket Launcher but Festus is pulled out of the ring.  Jesse is knocked off of the top rope and covered for the 1-2-3.

WINNERS:  Curt Hawkins & Zach Ryder (new tag team champions).

2.  United States Championship Match:  Matt Hardy (champion) vs. Shelton Benjamin: J.R. points out that in the Bash's 23 year history,  no U.S. champion has lost the belt. Collar and elbow tie up as both men engage in some mat wrestling.  Shelton has Hardy in a side headlock but Hardy gets to his feet and whips Benjamin into the ropes.  Benjamin knocks Hardy down with a shoulderblock but Hardy rolls him up in a cradle for an early pin attempt.  After kicking out, Benjamin reapplies the side headlock.  Hardy whips Benjamin into the ropes and hits two arm drag takedowns.  Armbar by Hardy.  Benjamin tries some brawling but Hardy uses his speed to stay in control and nearly hits a Twist of Fate early on.  Benjamin tosses Hardy over the top rope and when Hardy tries to skin the cat, Benjamin dropkicks him out of the ring.  When Hardy tries to return to the ring, Benjamin throws him out again, bouncing Hardy off of the ringpost like a pinball hitting a bumper.  Benjamin rolls Hardy into the ring and covers him for about a two count.  Side suplex by Benjamin and another cover, this time for a two count.  Benjamin grabs Hardy and hits a backbreaker.  Afterwads, he applies a neck vice to Hardy.  Benjamin lets Hardy go so he can stomp on him then applies another backbreaker.  After softening the champion some more, Benjamin goes for a seated abdominal stretch.  Hardy counters by standing up and hitting a Samoan Drop on Benjamin.  Hardy falls on Benjamin for a two count.  Benjamin catches Hardy with a big boot to the face then covers him for a two count.  Showing his submission skills, Benjamin drives his knee into Hardy's back as he grabs his neck.  Hardy punches his way out as the fans get behind Hardy.  Hardy's comeback attempt is stopped by Benjamin who hits a a spin kick out of nowhere.  Hardy is propped up in the corner and Benjamin dives towards him, only for Matt to lift his boot and stop Benjamin.  Big right hook by Hardy.  Clothesline to Benjamin followed by a bulldog.  Cover on "The Gold Standard" for a near fall.  Hardy picks up Benjamin and hits a scoop slam.  Hardy goes to the second rope and drops a legdrop on the challenger.  Cover for a near fall.  Hardy slowly goes to the second rope but Benjamin catches him as he jumps off and Hardy is thrown into the corner.  Both men are down as the referee begins a ten count.  Benjamin gets up and goes for a powerbomb but Hardy counters into a Sunset Flip.  Two count.  Benjamin charges Hardy again and Hardy catches him with the Side Effect.  Cover for a near fall.  Hardy sizes up Benjamin and waits for him to get to his feet.  Kick to the gut but Benjamin reverses the Twist of Fate attempt.  Benjamin takes Hardy up to the second rope and goes for a move but Hardy elbows him off.  Hardy tries a moonsault but Benjamin raises his knees, stunning Hardy.  Benjamin hits the Paydirt.  Cover and pinfall.

WINNER: Shelton Benjamin (by pinfall).  NEW U.S. Champion!

Interview from last Monday where World Champion CM Punk tells Todd Grisham that he has done what no one thought he could do-win the most prestigious belt in the WWE.  Punk tells Batista you don't have to be 6'6" and chiseled muscle to be champion.  Punk tells Batista he's no fluke and he's going to prove people wrong once again.  He's not Batista, Shawn Michaels, or Bret Hart-he's CM Punk!

VIDEO:  Recap of last Friday's ill-fated wedding reception for Edge and SmackDown! General Manager Vicki Guerrero.  Triple H showed the happy couple a video of Edge making out with another woman.  As you might imagine, Mrs. Edge was none too happy.

3.  ECW Championship Match:  Mark Henry (Champion) w. Tony Atlas vs. Tommy Dreamer w. Colin Delaney:  Tommy locks up with Henry only to get shoved into the corner.  Dreamer charges Henry only to get tossed across the ring.  Dreamer catches Henry with a series of lefts and rights.  Dreamer bounces off the ropes only to get clotheslined by the ECW champion.  Henry kicks at Dreamer then stands on his face with one of his big boots.  Dreamer looks helpless as Henry drapes him across the second rope and manhandles him, dropping a big forearm over him.  Henry knocks Dreamer back down with a headbutt.  With Dreamer down, Henry works at his head and neck, twisting it sideways as the referee looks to see if Dreamer is going to submit.  Dreamer gets to his feet and starts punching at Henry but Henry uses his massive strength advantage to knock Dreamer down.  Henry grabs Dreamer's left wrist and twists him down to the mat.  Delaney tries to cheer Dreamer on and it seems to work as Dreamer catches "The World's Strongest Man" with some punches.  Henry stops him cold though with a beefy forearm then floors him, going back to the wristlock.  Dreamer gets to his feet and punches Henry only to get tossed back down.  Henry bounces off of the ropes and goes for a big splash but Dreamer is able to roll out of the way.  Dreamer hits a dropkick on Henry then punches away at him.  Big elbow to Henry's face.  Dreamer hits a neckbreaker and covers Henry for a two count.  Dreamer hits a DDT.  Tony Atlas goes on the mat apron and distracts Dreamer.  Dreamer climbs the second rope as Delaney cheers him on.  However Delaney turns on Dreamer and pulls him off of the rope, clotheslining Dreamer across the top rope.  Henry has easy pickings and hits the World's Strongest Slam, covering Dreamer for a three count.

WINNER:  Mark Henry (by pinfall).

4.  Chris Jericho vs. "The Heartbreak Kid" Shawn Michaels:
Both men stare each other down.  This one is definitely personal.  The two continue staring until they back off and lock up.  That doesn't last long as both men begin punching away at each other.  Jericho lays some knees in and slows Michaels down but Michaels rebounds off the ropes and goes to work slugging at Jericho with big forearms.  Michaels is whipped into the corner by Jericho who charges Michaels only to run into a raised boot.  Michaels clips Jericho's knee from behind and applies his figure four leglock/Indian deathlock variation.  Cole and Lawler point out that Michaels looks to have hurt his ribs earlier on in the match (or is he faking?).  Jericho makes it to the ropes, forcing a break.  Michaels wastes no time and gets Jericho in the corner, punching him and hitting more forearms.  Michaels is whipped into the corner and bounces off of the turnbuvkle.  Jericho hits a springboard dropkick on Michaels, knocking Shawn out of the ring.  Michaels crawls in the ring and Jericho kicks him in the ribs.  Side suplex by Jericho, as he continues to target Michaels' ribs.  Jericho gives Michaels the paintbrush treatment.  The two begin brawling in the corner as the referee warns Jericho to make the break.  Jericho applies a modified surfboard to Michaels, wearing away at the shoulder and back area.  Michaels uses leverage to escape and the two begin brawling again.  Out of nowhere, Jericho hits an enziguri on Michaels, covering him for a two count.  Jericho bodyslams Michaels then goes to the second rope.  Jericho measures his foe and waits for Michaels to get to his feet.  When he does, he jumps off the ropes but Michaels catches him and hits a reverse atomic drop.  Chop by Michaels.  Jericho whips Michaels into the corner only to get caught with the flying forearm.  Jericho is far from finished and when Michaels tries to roll him up, Jericho counters, applying the Walls of Jericho.  Michaels manages to get a break by reaching the ropes.  Michaels tries the superkick but Jericho is able to block it.  Jericho bounces off the ropes towards Michaels only to get caught with a lariat.  Cover on Jericho for a two count.   Michaels goes to the top rope but he's slow to move and this allows Jericho to hit the ropes and stun Michaels.  Both men are trying to get their bearings back.  Michaels is still on the ropes and Jericho goes to the second rope, going for a superplex.  He gets Michaels up but HBK punches at him.  Kick by Michaels knocks Jericho down to the mat.  Michaels climbs to the top rope and hits a flying elbowdrop.  Michaels invites the fans to rally behind him as he tunes up the band for some Sweet Chin Music.  Lance Cade tries a run-in but Michaels kicks him out of the ring.  Jericho tries the Codebreaker but Michaels counters and rolls Michaels up for a two count.  Michaels and Jericho go back to brawling.  Jericho runs at Michaels only for HBK to catch him and hip toss him over the top rope onto Lance Cade.  Michaels goes to the top rope again, this time hitting a moonsault on Cade and Jericho while they're standing outside the ring.   Jericho finally gets up and when Michaels goes out after him, Jericho is able to hit an elbow to the face, busting Michaels open.  Jericho is crawling on the mat as a bloody HBK staggers towards him.  Jericho is whipped into the ropes but catches Michaels off the rope with a big boot.  Seeing that he's reopened the eye injury on Michaels, Jericho targets Michaels' eye with a punch.  The referee checks on Michaels but Michaels insists the match continue.  Michaels tries to slug at Jericho but it's clear his eye is injured again.  The referee checks on Michaels again.  With Michaels' down, Jericho stomps him in the eye.  The referee admonishes Jericho about kicking Michaels in the eye but as he does, Cade gets a cheap shot in on Michaels from outside the ring.  The referee asks Michaels if he wants the match stopped and tells him no.  Jericho grabs Michaels by his right arm and headbutts him twice in the eye.  Jericho talks trash as Michaels is held.   Jericho's cockiness backfires as Michaels catches him in a crossface out of nowhere.  However Jericho is able to escape and bounces Michaels' head into tone of the ring ropes.  Once again, the referee checks on Michaels but Michaels pleads with him to let the match go on.  A frenzied Jericho goes after Michaels' eye again, punching at it mercilessly.  The referee tells Michaels he wants to stop the match.  Jericho screams at the referee, telling him he said no.  Jericho punts Michaels in the head not once but twice.  Jericho slugs away at Michaels.  .  Michaels' face is the proverbial
crimson mask.  Michaels is on his knees as Jericho stands over him.  Jericho takes some more punches on Michaels then goes for a side headlock.  Jericho continues punching away, defying the referee's order to break.  Jericho rolls the referee off of him .  Looks like it might be a disqualification but Lilian Garcia informs the fans that the match has been stopped.

WINNER:  Chris Jericho (match stoppage) .

WWE officials check on Michaels as Cade and Jericho walk away.

SmackDown! announcer Jim Ross interviews number one contender Edge about how he feels about Triple H's recent actions.  Edge calls Triple H a pervert and accuses Helmsley of taking away his personal life.  Now, he only has a professional life yet.  That's okay as Triple H has made him desperate.  Edge says that when he's desperate, he's even more dangerous.  Edge tells Triple H he's going to take what's most important in his life-the WWE championship.

Jim Ross invites the fans to text their vote regarding the Edge/Vicki Guerrero situation.

5.  Divas Championship Match:  Michelle McCool vs. Natalya : The Divas championship will be determined tonight as Natalya squares off with Michelle McCool.  Michelle takes Natalya down with a waistlock but Natalya reverses.  McCool escapes and drokicks Natalya.  Armbar by McCool followed by several forearm uppercuts.  Kick by McCool.  McCool backs off the ropes only for Natalya to catch her and drop her neck over the top rope.  Natalya rams McCool's head into the mat apron.  Natalya has an obvious size and strength difference and she uses it by applying a surfboard to Natalya.  Referee Charles Robinson checks on McCool for a submission as Natalya turns it into a Surfboard Arch.  McCool frees an arm and escapes, countering with a Brazilian heel hook.  Natalya escapes though and escapes outside the ring.  Natalya grabs one of McCool's leg and an arm, dragging her into the corner and using the steel post to drive McCool's back into.  Natala gets McCool in the center of the ring and goes for the Sharpshooter.  She locks it in as McCool struggles to reach the ropes and force a break.  McCool manages to reach them and Natalya breaks the hold.  Natalya goes beserk, punching away at McCool.  The referee warns her to stop so Natalya goes for some stomps.  Natalya is surprised by McCool who applies the Brazilian Heel Hook.  Natalya doesn't last long and taps out.

WINNER:  Michelle McCool (by submission).  1st ever Divas Champion!

After her win, Eve and Cherry congratulate their friend on her championship win.

McCool's celebration is interrupted by Chris Jericho who comes out and tells the fans to save their ticket stubs.  Tonight was a historic night as it's the last night Shawn Michaels wrestled.  Jericho tells the fans he just left the trainer's room and he was told that Michaels suffered a detached retina.  Jericho says this means Michaels' career is over.  Jericho celebrates, telling the fans this means that sometimes the good guys win.

6.  World Championship Title Match:  CM Punk (Champion) vs. "The Animal" Batista: The big question is, can Punk prove his critics run and hold on to his World championship?  The referee checks both men for foreign objects before the match starts.  Batista shoves Punk into the corner, displaying his strength advantage.  Punk locks up and puts Batista in a side headlock.  A cocky Batista powers Punk into the rope, forcing a break.  Punk catches Batista with a hammerlock but Batista elbows his way out.  Batista looks like he feels he has the match won.  Batista says "c'mon champ".  Punk catches batista with a side kick to Batista's leg then continues with several kicks and forwarm shots.  Punk bounces off the ropes but Batista catches him.  Punk slides out but Batista elbows him in the face.  Snapmare by Batista followed by a big kick to Punk's face.  Cover on Punk for about a two count.  Batista charges Punk in the corner but Punk sidesteps him and tries a rollup.  Batista powers out.  However Punk hits an enziguri on Batista, knocking him out of the ring.  Baseball slide by Punk knocks Batista down.  Suicide dive by Punk sends Batista into the ring barrier.  Punk kicks Batista before rolling him back into the ring.  Cover on Batista for a two count.  Punk lands some kicks on Batista but the big man whips Punk into the corner, stunning him.  Repeat by Batista as Punk crashes into the corner.  Batista grabs Punk and suplexes him.  Cover on Punk for a two count.  With Punk down, Batista goes for a Camel Clutch on Punk.  Punk is stuck in the hold in the center of the ring.  Batista releases Punk so he can stomp on his neck and back.  Batista whips Punk into the ropes and hits him with a forearm to the back.  Batista targets Punk's back with another forearm.  Batista tries the hold again but Punk counters and catches Batista.  Beautiful martial arts kick by Punk sends Batista out of the ring.  Punk catches his breath as Batista tries to get in the ring.  More kicks by Punk but Batista slows him with a knee.  Punk goes to the top rope and hits a high cross body on Batista, covering him for a near fall.  Another kick by Punk.  Punk charges Batista in the corner but Batista grabs him and slams him to the floor.  Batista rallies and signals the thumbs down.  Batista picks up Punk for the Power Bomb but Punk grabs the rope and stops the hold.  Punk is on the mat apron as he battles Batista.  Kicks to Batista's head.  Punk runs in with a kneelift to Batista.  Roundhouse kick by Punk followed by a cover for a nearfall.  With Batista groggy, Punk goes for the GTS but Batista elbows his way out.  Batista catches Punk with a clothesline in the corner then props the champion on the second rope.  Punk catches Batista's right arm in a leg scissors and forces Batisa back.  Punk catches Batista off the ropes and covers him for another near fall.  Punk goes to work with an armbar on Batista.  Batista counters and rolls Punk up for a two count.  Punk throws some kicks but Batista bounces off the ropes and clotheslines Punk, flooring him.  Punk slowly gets to his feet as Batista picks him up and drives the champion back first into the corner.  The referee admonishes Batista as "The Animal" slugs Punk in the corner.  Batista charges Punk in the corner but Punk sidesteps him and Batista runs into the ringpost.  The two begin brawling outside the ring and Batista catches Punk with a spinebuster on the floor.  Batista rolls Punk into the ring.  Before he can get in the ring, Kane runs in and slams Batista into the steel post.  Kane runs in the ring and choke slams Punk.

WINNER:  Double disqualification.

After laying out Punk, Kane is carrying that mysterious pouch.  He asks "Is he alive or is he dead?"  Kane kick s a hapless WWE cameraman before heading backstage.

Back in the ring, a defiant Punk raises his World championship belt high.  Batista isn't happy and he kicks Punk.   "The Animal" delivers a Batista Bomb, laying Punk out.

7.  New York City Parking Lot Brawl:  John Bradshaw Layfield vs. John Cena: JBL exits his limo, brandishing a cane.  He looks around for Cena and asks the referee where he is.  The referee says he hasn't seen Cena.  JBL tried running Cena over with a car last Monday on RAW so you can understand why he's so concerned.  JBL climbs a car, looking for Cena.  Another car starts and Cena drives it into the car JBL is on.  Cena chokes JBL with jumper cables as Cena trash talks him saying "You think its's funny trying to run someone over?".  Cena rams JBL's head into the car hood then hooks jumper cables to JBL's groin.  Cena attaches the cables to a car battery and gives JBL a shocking experience.   Cena grabs a keg of beer and throws it at JBL.  JBL dodges the keg and runs into a car.  However Cena stops him from driving off and rams his head into the steering wheel.  Showing tremendous resilency, JBL fights back, slugging away at JBL.  Cena tries to whip JBL into an open car door but JBL reverses and Cena smashes into it, knocking ghe door off its hinges.  JBL stomps away at a fallen Cena.  JBL smashes Cena's head into the hood of a car before climbing atop it.  JBL lifts Cena onto the car hood.  As he does, he smashes Cena with forearms to the back.  Neckbreaker on Cena.  Cena crashes hard onto the car hood.  Cover by JBL for a two count.  Cena rolls off the car and finds himself being kicked by JBL.  The Wall Street investment banker hiptosses Cena into a windshield, breaking it.  JBL takes Cena to the top of a car and DDT's him onto the car roof.  Cover on Cena for a two and a half count.  JBL shouts at Cena, telling him to give up (That's unlikely).  JBL grabs his cane and goes after Cena.  Cena dodges a cane shot but JBL lands a kick to the groin.  Cena is easy prey for JBL who rams his head into ta car windshield.  JBL repeats the move and Cena's head smashes through the glass.  The referee checks on Cena, asking him if he wants to stop.  JBL loads Cena into the back of a car.  With Cena apparently incapacitated, JBL goes to his limo and comes back with a can of gasoline.  JBL pours gas on the car as the referee pleads with him to stop.  JBL sets the gas ablaze and the car bursts into flames.  As WWE workers use fire extinguishers to put out the flames, JBL takes a break and sits on a forklift.  Cena calmly walks out of the car and attacks JBL, whipping him headfirst into a car not once but twice.  Cena loves doing the move and repeats it again.  Cena throws JBL into the front seat (let him drive for once) before getting behind the wheel of a forklift (is he licensed?).  Cena raises the forklift and drives it into the car, knocking the car back.  Cena lowers the fork and uses it on the car, driving the car into the arena.  Cena greets the fans as he stands on top of the car.  JBL crawls out of the car as Cena looks down with a smile on his face.  Cena jumps off of the car and goes after JBL, rocking him with a haymaker.  Right hook by Cena.  JBL responds with one of his own before falling down.  JBL tries to get up but Cena floors him with another punch.  Both men begin brawling on the entrance ramp.  JBL misses with a punch and Cena catches him with an atomic drop to the unforgiving steel.  Cena sets JBL up for the Five Knuckle Shuffle, delivering the move while JBL is laid out on the entrance ramp.  Cena signals he's going for the F-U as the crowd cheers him on.  Cena picks up JBL but stops before delivering his finisher.  Cena eyes the car and looks like he's going to F-U onto the car.  However he's wasted valuable time and JBL throws Cena off of the ramp and onto the car.  Cena smashes into the windshield.  A groggy JBL covers Cena for the win.

WINNER:  JBL (by pinfall).

WWE officials check on both men as they're lying on the ground.  This match has clearly taken its toll on both victor and loser.  WWE officials help JBL to the back as Cena slowly gets to his feet and walks to the back on his own.

BACKSTAGE:  SmackDown! Diva Eve asks Triple H if he regrets the personal damage he did to Edge and Vicki Guerrero.  Helmsley replies, "Do I look like the kind of guy who cares?"

8.  WWE Championship Match:  Edge (Challengers) vs. Hunter Hearst Helmsley (Champion): Jim Ross and Mick Foley speculate whether or not Edge can stay focused on his title match or whether he'll be preocuppied with Triple H spoiling his wedding reception.  Edge charges Helmsley as soon as the bell rings, laying into him with a rain of punches.  Helmsley sidesteps Edge and Edge is knocked out of the ring.  The champion whips Edge into the ring barrier.  HHH rolls Edge in the ring and uses the top rope to clothesline the challenger. Triple H follows up by bouncing the back of Edge's neck onto the top rope.  The champion targets the challenger's neck further with two big knee drops.  HHH whips Edge into the corner and follows him in with a clothesline.  Once again, Edge is knocked out of the ring.  When he tries to get back in, Triple H grabs him and rams his head into the turnbuckle.  Edge collapses and falls onto the floor outside the ring.  Triple H follows Edge out and runs at him but Edge dodges "The Game" and Triple H flies into the security wall.  Back in the ring, Edge catches Triple H with the spear.  Edge follows up with a kick to HHH's torso.  HHH tries to get to his feet in the corner and punches at Edge.  Edge fights back with a knee to the gut, knocking Helmsley down.  Edge whips HHH into the corner hard with Helmsely crashing out of the corner.  Edge takes HHH outside the ring and whips the champion into the steel steps.  Edge poses in the ring as a hearty round of boos fill the arena.  HHH slowly walks to the ring but Edge runs out and rams Helmsley backfirst into the mat apron.  Edge follows up by droping Helmsley neckfirst onto one of the announce tables.  Back in the ring, Edge applies a bodyscissors to Helmsley, targeting the champion's weakened torso.  Edge maneuvers HHH into a pinning predicament as he applies the body scissors but Helmsely is able to raise a shoulder.  Helmsley tries to slug his way out but Edge catches him with a dropkick.  Edge lands two measured punches on HHH while he's on the mat apron.  Edge then bounces off the ropes and charges HHH.  However "The Cerebral Assassin" sidesteps "The Rated R Superstar" and Edge flies out of the ring.   Edge makes his way back into the ring and both wrestlers begin exchanging punches.  Edge tries bouncing off the ropes only to run into a clothesline by "The Game".  Facebuster by HHH sends Edge out of the ring.  HHH goes out after Edge and rams his head into the steel steps.  Edge is in for more punishment as Helmsley rams Edge's head into the ringpost.  The two roll into the ring and roll back out.  They go to brawl some more but Edge hits the Edgeucation on HHH outside the ring.  Both men are down as the referee counts them out.  Edge tries to pick up HHH and succeeds, rolling the champion into the ring (he can't win the title by count out).  Cover on Helmsley for a near fall.  Edge tries a move off the top rope but HHH catches him and catapults him into the opposite corner.  HHH lands a DDT on Edge and covers him for a two count.  Edge is nearly caught off the rope into a Pedigree situation but he counters and drives HHH's head into the canvas.  Cover on HHH for a two count.  Edge tries the Spear but Triple H sidesteps and catches Edge with a roll-up.  Nearfall.  When Edge gets up he lands a big boot on Helmsley that floors him.  Edge goes back
