Hello my Gathering!  We're on the last paying stop before Wrestlemania.  And tonight should probably set a lot ahead of Phoenix.  2 Elimination Chamber matches to come and we'll have two Champions for Edge to choose from this time tomorrow.  Assuming there's no more shenanigans that is.  And if Undertaker comes out of the show without his title, it'll probably lead to good times for Shawn Michaels.

Anyway, keep checking back from the top of the hour for regular updates!

Well, I'm ready for some Chamber-based eliminations.  Are you?  Should be a fun show.  Hopefully, the Chambers matches don't go one forever, although if they don't throw a bonus match out there, they're pretty much gonna have to.  UNless you're paying upwards of 50 bucks for a show that rival ECW December To Disremember (as I call it) in length.  Anyway, here we go!!!

Our opening video is, naturally, about the Chamber.  Indeed, it's almost the same video you've seen already, just with some focus on the 12 guys in the match, although we only hear from about half of them.  We hear from DiBiase, but not Cena.  How odd...  Your stage and set up is entirely similar to previous years with the half-chamber on the stage for decor purposes.

And the Chamber is coming down already, but for which match???  Well, this one...

Sheamus vs. Triple H vs. John Cena vs. Randy Orton vs. Ted DiBiase vs. Kofi Kingston in a "Can Sheamus make it to Mania?" Elimination Chamber match for the WWE Heavyweight Title
J-RO~! gives us the rules, but I ain't typing them out now.  Indeed, I trust you know them.  Cena is out first of anyone.  Our announcers seem to be the now-usual trifecta of Cole, Lawler & Striker.  Suffice to say, no more moaning about ECW not getting any love.  Cena enters a pod and gets locked in, so I'm assuming the first four guys out are in pods.  Ted DiBiase is next out and indeed he enters a pod.  Next up we have Teddy's Legacy supposed running-buddy, Randy Orton.  Orton gets in the chamber and makes eye contact with Ted before posing in the corner.  You last pod-person is HHH.  So that means we have Kofi Kingston & Sheamus starting things off.  Interesting that Sheamus will have to run the gamut if he wants to retain.  Could be the making or breaking of him tonight.

Kofi is sporting something of a different colour scheme  with red and black tonight.  In a GREAT touch, Kofi looked aorund his shoulder getting in the chamber, as they explained Edge's attack last year to take his spot.  Sheamus?  Usual colour scheme of bright white and pink.  Skin, that is.  Sheamus shows off the belt to all the pod-people.  He makes a point of going to Cena last, since he won it from Dr. Thuggypants.  I don't know what it means, but Lil' Naitch couldn't shut the door properly, but we're starting the match anyway.  Sheamus missed the bicycle kick, and Kofi scored with a crossbody and then dropkick for a pair of quick 2's.  Kofi with kicks to the ribs and chest for another brief 2 count.  Loud RKO chant early.  I guess this is pretty much his hometown.  Kofi fires back with a couple of shots after taking some from Sheamus.  Kofi telegraphed a backdrop, but Sheamus downed Kofi.  Shoulderblock put Kofi back on his ass.  They each blocked a hiptoss. Sheamus scored with one to the grate, but Kofi landed feet first before hitting a springboard crossbody for 2.  Kingston had a whip reversed but blocked the charge.  Sunset Flip by Kofi is blocked and Sheamus lays in some blows.  Sheamus chokes Kingston by the ropes.  Things head out to the grate, but Kingston gets some shots in.  Sheamus shoves Kofi into HHH's pod before heading back into the ring.  Fiery Red Hand 2.0 for a 2 count.  Sheamus chokes Kofi some more.

THE NEXT ENTRANT IS:  HHH!

The crowd rise for this coming together of HHH & Sheamus.  Crowd are pro-HHH now.  Probably a good sign for Mania heat right there.  HHH unloads some, but Sheamus fires back himself.  HHH missed a clothesline, but he hit the Harley Race knee before hitting a knee drop for 2.  Clothesline in the corner from Hunter.  Right hands put Sheamus on his ass in the corner before hit with another clothesline for a 2 count.  Sheamus is tossed over onto the grate.  HHH tried to send Sheamus into the chains, but Sheamus reversed.  HHH blocked that attempt and sent Sheamus back into the ring.  Sheamus blocked a charge and set for the finisher.  However, HHH slipped out and hit a DDT for 2.  Kingston appeared again and hit Sheamus with a crossbody for 2.  Kingston went after both opponents, whipping them into each other in the corner.  Mounted punches for Sheamus after HHH fell outside.  Flying forearm set up the Boom Drop.  However, when Sheamus moved, he went over the ropes onto HHH on the outside!  Sheamus downed Kofi for a long 1 count.

THE NEXT ENTRANT IS:  RANDY ORTON

Orton gets a huge pop out the gate and he goes after anyone that moves.  Knee drop to Sheamus scores a 2 count.  Sheamus is dumped outside by Orton.  He kicks HHH in the ribs before he goes for Sheamus again.  Orton sends Sheamus into the cage a few times before HHH decides the "Being sent into a chain wall" thing is fun, and Orton obliges.  Shots for the pair of them, until Kofi Kingston comes off the top with a crossbody to all of them.  Back in the ring, Kofi springboarded into Orton, but was caught with a dropkick for 2.  Orton slowly works Kingston over in the ring.  HHH gets in first and goes for Orton.Facebuster by Hunter, but he runs into a powerslam.  Orton gets ideas in his head and drops to his knees in front of HHH.  The RKO is shoved off, but Kofi missed Trouble In Paradise.  An Orton RKO on Kofi is pushed off into a Pedigree, but Orton sends HHH over the ropes to the grate.  Sheamus send Orotn into the ringpost.

THE NEXT ENTRANT IS:  TED DiBIASE

DiBiase dumped Kofi out before working over Hunter.  DiBiase fist drops before he turns to his mentor.  He offers his hand to his mentor to pull him up.  And it looks like we have a team.  Legacy go after HHH first of all.  After stomping him down, they go for Sheamus.  Orotn sends Sheamus into the ringpost, shoulder-first.  Legacy then focus on Kofi.  And they actually manage to prise the chains open to squeeze Kofi's head through!!!  DiBiase locks on a Boston Crab to the trapped Kofi!  That's new!  Orton adds some stomps for good measure.  Orton goes back in the ring and has a slugfest with HHH.  Ted helps his mentor out though.  HHH is sent out to a grate.  They slam the back of HHH's head into the chain wall, before setting up for the elevated DDT.  And indeed, Ted suggests that rather doing it in the ring, Orton does it onto the grate.  And Orton again obliges.  Legacy, job done, wait right outside Cena's pod, waiting for him to come in.

THE NEXT ENTRANT IS:  JOHN CENA

Cena comes out swinging, full of piss and vinegar.  He's all over Orton in the ring as the crowd are HOT.  Five Knuckle Shuffle for Orton.  Throwback for Ted.  Cena heads up for the leg drop to the back of the neck.  Attitiude Adjustment is teased, and when Ted grabs the ropes, Cena tossed him outside.  However, Orton tossed Cena out the ring on the otherside.  Cena reversed Orton sending him into the wall.  Back in the ring, DiBiase was locked in the STF, but Orton made the save.  Backbreaker for Cena by Orton.  Randall called for the RKO, but Cody Rhodes ran down with a pipe.  He passed it into Ted.  Cena had Orton up.  And Ted hit ORTON!  Attitude Adjusment for Orton.  Cena takes a pipe shot.  Ted pins ORTON!!!!

RANDY ORTON IS ELIMINATED!

The crowd is quiet as the announcers sell that the pipe was intended for Orton, as Ted grins like a Chesire cat.  Sheamus is back up and going for Kofi, but Kofi bodyscissors Sheamus back in the ring.  Out of nowhere, Kofi hit the TIP kick on Ted.

TED DiBIASE IS ELIMINATED!

Sheamus hits the pump kick on Kofi, followed by the Celtic Cross, picking up the three.

KOFI KINGSTON IS ELIMINATED!

We're down to Sheamus, Cena & HHH.  Cena is set up in the ropes and punted in the chest.  However, he pops Sheamus up for the finish.  Firey Red Hand 2.0 again for Cena.  Bodyslam scored a 2 count for Sheamus.  Cena is set in the Tree Of Woe and Sheamus lays in knees to the guts.  Sheamus looks for the Cross, but HHH saves with a nutshot.  HHH hits the PEdigree, but all men are down.  He rolls Sheamus over and gets the pin!!

SHEAMUS IS ELIMINATED!  NEW CHAMPION TONIGHT!

Cena & Hunter are down.  One of them will end up as champion.  Cena pops up first and looks for the STF.  He egts it on, but HHH wildly fights it.  HHH claws for the bottom ropes, but Cena makes him tap!!!

WINNER & NEW WWE CHAMPION:  JOHN CENA!!!

Calling it now, Cena vs. Batista to end the show.  Really good match though with many Mania implications.

BUT WAIT!  Here comes Vince McMahon!  He congratulate Cena and says he's going to Wrestlemania.  As long as he can defend his title right now against...BATISTA!

John Cena vs. Batista in a "I saw this theorised and didn't believe it..." match for the WWE Heavyweight Title

Cena can barely get up as Batista stalks over him.  He comes out fighting again, but Batista barely feels the shot.  Spear by Batista.  Batista Bomb!

WINNER & NEW WWE CHAMPION:  BATISTA!!!!

Calling it now, Batista vs. Cena to main event Mania.

After replays, we focus on Cena leaving the ring, looking longingly up at the Mania sign.

Mania commercial.

We see a shot St. Louis as the announcers talk over how this was about Cena's support of Bret Hart, while Striker makes faces.  This sends it to a recap of last Monday and Bret's car accident.  Cole reports that his personal doctor is claiming a broken leg.  His PERSONAL doctor?  Calling shenanigans...

THE SCOTTISH INTERCONTINENTAL CHAMPION~! Drew McIntyre vs. Kane in a "Nah, surely not to KANE???" match for the Intercontinental Title
Drew is out first with his SWANK~! new entrance.  Might just be me, but it seems a little tighter and better for it.  Kane sets off his pyro before the match, so we know he's not winning the title tonight.  Drew ducks a shot and lands some of his own in before getting caught with an uppercut.  Kane takes Drew into the corner before snapmaring him over and hitting the basement dropkick for a 2 count. Kane with the side headlock takeover.  Back to their feet, Drew pushes off, but gets shoulderblocked down again, before Kane again goes to the headlock takeover.  Kane blocks a hiptoss coming out of it and scores a swinging neckbreaker for a 2 count.  Drew avoids a charge and lays in some blows in the corner.  He goes for a short clothesline but Kane doesn't go down.  He bounces off the ropes and gets clotheslined himself.  Kane whipped Drew off the ropes, but Drew ducks a back elbow and went after the left knee with stomps.  He charged in and was sent to the apron, but dropped the arm across the top rope.  Drew with shots in the corner, but off the break, Kane fires back.  McIntyre with the arm takedown  Backcracker-like, in fact.  McIntyre with the armbar, but kane was up fairly quickly.  Drew went to the keylock, but Kane made it up to his feet and dumped Drew out of the ring.

Back in the ring, Drew telegraphed the backdrop and scored another armbar takedown as they noted Kane debuted in the same building as tonight 13 years ago.  McIntyre with an armbar, while driving the knee into the side of Kane's head.  Kane rolled over and fought back with his good arm.  drew scored with the big boot, but the Futureshock DDT was countered.  Kane scored with his own big boot.  In the corner, Kane laid in shots before hitting a clothesline in the opposite corner.  Drew came out the corner but flew into an uppercut for 2.  Kane hit the side slam for another 2 count.  Kane heads up top and hits the flying clothesline.  Kane called to finish, but McIntyre slipped out and to the apron.  He was sent into the ringpost by Kane, before being booted to the floor.  Forearm to Drew before his head was rammed into the steel steps.  Drew was rolled back in, and he begged off Kane.  He took a boot to the head though.  Drew tried to leave up the aisle, but Kane followed.  Drew caught him with what Striker called a "Snooki punch", but Kane stayed on top.  Back in the ring, Kane looked for the chokeslam again, but Drew hid himself in the rope, and while the ref tired to make the break, Drew thumbed Kane in the eyes and hit the Futureshock DDT for the win!

WINNER & STILL CHAMPION:  DREW McINTYRE

Decent match, but after the excitement of earlier, the crowd weren't into it, so it didn't feel great.

We cut backstage to see Gail walking as Maryse caught up to her and said something in French, claiming she said she was looking forward to their match and unlike the Smackdown gals, they were professional.  And then the penny dropped.  Gail speaks French.  And she knew she was being trash-talked all the time!  And she was going to enjoy winning the title tonight.  Au Revoir!

Maryse vs. Gail Kim in a "Since they're both from Canada, shall we say this is English vs. French?" match for the Divas Title

Striker & Lawler were likes kids as the women came out.  Just before the match began though, Vickie Guerrero came out!  She said it had come to her attention that the RAW women have talked trash about the Smackdown Divas.  And being the diva she is, the best ones were on Smackdown.  Crowd all over Vickie here.  Furthermore, since she was the only woman with power in the building, she was changing it from a title match to a tag match.  The two of them would take on Layla & Michelle McCool right now!

Simply Flawless vs. Gail Kim & Maryse in a "Not the inp[romptu match I was expecting" match
So, Gail & Layla start things off, and Gail gets the upperhand early, working the arm of Layla.  Gail looked for the tag, but Maryse didn't offer one.  Layla scored wiht a schoolgirl for a 2 count.  Gail avoided a corner charge and rolled Layla up for 2.  Gail with the running shoulder into the corner.  As Gail went up, Maryse went after Layla, distracting everyone to allow Michelle to boot Kim off the top.  Michelle tagged in and they hit a double baseball slide, before McCool rolled Gail back in for 2.  Michelle then locked in a chinlock.  Michelle came up the hold when Gail wouldn't give up.  Knees to the back of the head of Gail.  However, Gail kicked Michelle in the chest when she dropped her head and scored with a clothesline.  Gasil crawled over and looked like she wanted in.  However, she just pie-faced Gailed into a big boot by Michelle.  McCool then hit the Faith Breaker for the win.

WINNERS:  SIMPLY FLAWLESS

Team Smackdown walked over, but Maryse backed off.  When they left, Maryse got in the ring to trash talk Gail before hitting the French Kiss DDT.

NXT commercial, featuring quick shots of the rookies.

We head backstage to Josh Matthews who pimps out NXT.  He brings in one of those pros, The Miz.  Josh asks about Daniel Bryan.  The Miz puts himself over first for being a tag champion and US champion.  If anyone can teach him how to be successful, it's him.  In Bryan, who may be king of the indies, he saw a loser with no personality.  But with some teaching, he could have the look, personality and charisma to make it.  MVP walked in, mid-catchphrase.  MVP agreed that personality was important to be a WWE Superstar.  But also important was winning.  And last Monday, MVP pinned Miz.  And indeed, that's gotten him a US Title match.  Tonight infact.

William Regal came out to the ring.  The hinted he's going to RAW, but he's also on NXT.  And indeed, that's what Regal was here to talk about.  He put the show over, noting that he was chosen to be a pro.  He was the most experienced out of everyone involved.  He then noted the "What" chants.  He said he expected and demanded to be treated with respect.  They all could learn something from him.  Indeed, everyone in the crowd could learn from him.  This, apropos of nothing, brought out Edge.

Edge told "Lord Snugglesworth" he was listening to Regal drone on and on, so he thoguht he'd come out and tell the crowd somehting they'd want to hear.  Three weeks ago, he won the Royal Rumble, so he was going to Wrestlemania.  He could choose either champion, and tomorrow night, he would make that decision.  But tonight?  He was here to do something else.  That was spearing William Regal, apparently, since that's exactly what he did.  Well, that's hopefully bought Miz enough time to get changed...

Hey, did you know Cypress Hill were still going.  Next thing you know, they'll be using songs by Bone Thugs N' Harmony and The Luniz next.  Maybe some Coolio as well!  They pimp out what must be our main event (well, it's either the Smackdown Chamber match or The Miz vs. MVP...), before sending it to the Wrestlemania Countdown clock video.

We head to Busch Stadium before the introductions for the next match...

The Miz vs. MVP in a "Yep, I actually did call this one" match for the US Title
The Miz came out with his newest buddy, The Big Show.  We go back to RAW to see Miz getting pinned on Monday.  And MVP wasn't coming alone, as Mark Henry joined him at ringside.  Striker noted MVP won his first US Title in the same building.  They talk about Daniel Bryan for a little bit before the bell.  Miz got in MVP's face, but Montel just bitchslapped him back beofre going right after him in the corner.  Scoop slam by MVp is followed with a knee drop for 2.  Miz fought MVP off with a back elbow, but MVP hit an overhead throw, sending Miz out the ring.  The talk turned to Tiger Woods, which seemed to piss Michael Cole off a little.  MVP avoided a baseball slide on the outside and hit a clothesline for a 2 count.  Lawler then talked about Forbes magazine saying Memphis was miserable.  C'mon people, try to give a crap!    MVP ducked a clothesline and leapfrogged over Miz before putting Miz down for another 2 count again.  MVP locked in a stretching hold that turned into a Dragon Sleeper, but this didn't last long as Miz got out of it.  MVP tried to float over a corner charge, but Miz hit somehting of an inverted lungblower for a 2 count.

Miz set MVP up on the ropes and choked him with a splash.  Miz picked up a 2 count.  Miz locked in a chinlock, but MVP managed to get up and elbow out of it.  However, Miz took him back down again.  MVP scored with a small package for a 2 count.  However, Miz scored with a running boot.  He made the same lazy cover from Monday, and again MVP countered, but this time only picked up a 2 count.  MVP popped up with a straight right hand.  In the corner, MVP drove in shoulders, but had a whip reversed and he scored with a clothesline for another 2 count.  Miz locked in a chinlock., but MVP stood up and hit an Electric Chair Drop, making a bridging pin for a 2 count.

MVP started to build momentum, but Miz caught him with a DDT for yet another 2 count.  Miz began getting frustrated before locking in a chinlock.  Again, MVP powered up, driving Miz into the corner.  However, again, Miz came back, this time with a boot.  Punt to the ribs.  Choking in the ropes followed by a boot to the face.  Miz stalked MVP and hit his corner clothesline.  Miz headed up top, but MVP managed to get up and crotch him on the turnbuckle.  MVP climbed up to join him, but Miz fought back and knocked MVP down.  However, MVP popped up and hit a belly to belly throw off the top rope!  Miz was bleeding slightly form the headbutt that sent MVP down.  Slugfest from the knees.  MVP started putting numerous shots in to win and he really began a comeback.  Facebuster off the knee saw MVP set for the BALLIN'~! elbow.  However, Miz got his foot on the rope at 2.  Big Show pulled The Miz out the ring, so Henry sent Big Show into the ringpost.  However, as Henry charged, Show sidestepped and Henry went through the barricade!  Back in the ring, MVP missed the Yakuza Kick, but as the ref was with Miz, Big Show hit the KO Punch, allowing Miz to pick up the win!

WINNER & STILL CHAMPION:  THE MIZ

Immediately after the match, the medic attended to The Miz's head wound, leaving Big Show to show off the belt.  We came back to see the trainer looking on MVP, although I think that was more to sell the shot than blood.

We see a soldier int he crowd as the announcers turn their talk to the first chamber match and the events that occured.  First off, HHH's elevated DDT to the grate from Orton and then Cena making HHH tap out.  We then have Vince's match-making and Batista title win.  They talk about Edge making his choice tomorrow.  He has Batista or the winner of the main event to choose from.  The Chamber then comes back down.

The Undertaker vs. R-Truth vs. CM Punk vs. Rey Mysterio vs. Chris Jericho vs. John Morrison in a "So, where and when is HBK showing up???" Elimination Chamber match for the World Heavyweight Title
Rey Rey is out first, so he's in a pod.  Cole noted that last year, Rey was the last person eliminated in the Chamber.  He takes Cena's pod, if that means anything.  Which it probably doesn't.  John Morrison is next out.  And he's walking fine right now, even hopping up the ringsteps with energy.  And he makes it into hsi pod, so if you had "HBK attacks his ankle on the way out" in the pool, you lost.  Chris Jericho is next.  Cole noted Jericho won his first World Title in St. Louis.  Our final pod-person is The Undertaker!  So unliek Sheamus, Undertaker has an easier night.  That also means we're kicking off with R-Truth & CM Punk.

Punk comes out with Gallows & Serena, and she has a mic that gets handed to him as they walk down the aisle.  He said he hoped the symbolism isn't lost of those in the chambers.  They were four weak people locked in a prison of addiction like most of the crowd.  And now, the four of them were locked inside the chamber with him.  It wasn't him locked in with them, but they were locked in with him.  And tomorrow when they were nursing their pain, they should remember when their pod opened and Punk beat them, think of it as Punk saving them, setting them free.  And tomorrow, when they take more pills and booze...  R-Truth interrupted this speech with his entrance.

Well, no pre-match shenanigans...  Again, Robinson was shown hving a little trouble with the door, but I'm guessing it was sucky construction than anything.  Truth knocked Punk down, btu ran into a jumping heel kick.  Punk with a back suplex for a long 1 count.  Punk was whipped acorss, but he floated over and then ducked Punk to hit a jumping heel kick of his own.  On the grate, Punk looked for a piledriver, but Truth turned it into a slingshot into the chain wall.  Truth sent Punk into Rey's pod before climbing up top and hitting a rolling senton to Punk.  Truth then whipped Punk off the wall, before sending him into it face-first a couple more times.  In the ring, Truth hit a Stroke, but the Ace Kick missed.  The GTA was blocked, as was a roundhouse kick.  Punk then ducked the spinning back elbow.  Punk then scored with a roundhouse and the GTS.

R-TRUTH IS ELIMINATED

Much like the Rumble, Punk was in a elimination/talk mood...

Punk told Taker to pray he was last because he would make him tap like before.  He told Morrison is rock life would get him nowhere.  He told the people at home to put our hands on the screen and feel him flow through us...

THE NEXT ENTRANT IS:  REY MYSTERIO

Mysterio got the upperhand early, rolling through a sunset flip with a kick for a 2 count.  Punk with a whip into the corner, but Rey avoided him and set for a 619.  However, Punk got up and Rey ran into a powerslam for 2.  Punk looked for the GTS, but Rey turned it into a hurricanrana for a CLOSE 2 count.  Rey knocked Punk to the grate outside.  However, Punk caught the headscissors attempt and swung Rey into the chain wall.  2 count for Punk in the ring.  Punk socred with the high knee in the corner before heading Rey through the turnbuckles, head first into his own pod.  Mysterio was put up top, but he fought back from the superplex attempt.  Punk was knocked dfown, but Rey decided he wasn't high enough.  Punk was up quick and he caught him.  Punk teased a big GTS, but Rey slipped out and kicked Punk's leg out to crotch him.  He then Frankensteinered him onto the grate and then hit a splash on Punk for three!

CM PUNK IS ELIMINATED!

THE NEXT ENTRANT IS:  CHRIS JERICHO

Rey scored with a monkey flip off the bat.  The wheelbarrow bulldog was blocked and Jericho hit a clothesline for a 2 count.  Jericho tossed Rey up in the air as he bounced off the ropes.  Lionsault missed and Rey set and hti the 619.  However, Jericho rolled out the the grate.  Rey dived out, but caught himself on the wall when Jericho moved.  However, Jericho easily pulled him off.  Jericho whipped Rey hard into the chain wall.  Back in the ring, Jericho hit a slingshot splash for a 2 count.  Jericho choked Rey on the ropes, standing on the back of the neck.  Jericho taunted Taker in his pod.  This allowed Rey to kick back, although Jericho stayed on top of things.  He locked on a chinlock, capturing the arm as well.  Rey got out and came off the second rope with a standing monsault for a 2 count.  Jericho caught a crossbody, but Rey turned it into a modified Dragon Sleeper, which Striker gave a HUGE Mexican name to.  Jericho rammed Rey into the corner and then locked in the Walls Of Jericho.

THE NEXT ENTRANT IS:  JOHN MORRISON

Jericho let go of the hold as he went after Morrison.  JoMo scored with kicks to Jericho & Rey.  Jericho was sent out to the grate.  Rey came back, but as elevated out himself and kicked in the head as he tried to springboard in.  Jericho caught Morrison with a schoolboy for 2.  In the corner, Jericho taunted Morrison, but after a whip across, Morrison blocked the charge.  Morrison went up, but Rey knocked him between the pod and ringpost!  Rey then went for Jericho was was sent out to the grate on the other side.  Rey was sent back-first into the wall,  Morrison was up though and he vaulted over the corner onto the pair of them.  Standing Shooting Star Press on Rey for a 2 count.  Rey hit a back elbow and then set Morrison for the 619, but Jericho came in with a backbreaker for a 2 count.  Jericho whipped Rey into the corner but was kciked off.  Rey teased the bulldog, but Morrison hit the Flying Chuck on Jericho.  Rey put Morrison down then sent him up top.  Rey looked for the Frankensteiner, but Morrison held on, and hit the Starship Pain for three!

REY MYSTERIO IS ELIMINATED!

Morrison figured out what to do next as he watched Rey leave.  However, this allowed Jericho to trip him up and lock on the Walls Of Jericho.  Taker was snorting as he tried to get in.

THE NEXT ENTRANT IS:  THE UNDERTAKER

Taker went right after Jericho.  Snake Eyes and big boot for Jericho before Morrison was clotheslined out.  Taker hit a leg drop for 2.  Taker called for the chokeslam.  And he teased it on both men, but Jericho & Morrison combined to hit a double suplex.  They then clotheslined Taker out to the grate.  La Magistral scored 2 for JoMo.  Jericho with a backdrop to the outside on Morrison.  Jericho paintbrushed Taker, but this just angered him.  Jericho tried hdigin in a pod, but couldn't shut it and was trapped for some vicious punches.  Indeed, Taker flung the door open so hard, it broke the door!  With Jericho down, Taker went after Morrison.  He hit the Snake Eyes, but Morrison came back with the Flying Chuck.  But Morrison's ankle was injured again!  Morrison fought up to his feet  to look for Starship Pain, but Taker got his knees up!    Jericho got up again as Taker sat up, forcing Jericho to go back and hide in the pod.  Morrison was tossed to the outside.  Taker laid in some strikes before sending Morrison into the pod Jericho was in.  Taker then set for the Last Ride on the grate, but Morrison saved while Morrsion held onto the wall.  Jericho sidestepped tTaker sending him into a pod hard, breaking it by the looks of it, and Morrison splashed Jericho off the wall.  Morrison with the running knee to the head for a 2 count.Morrsion again looked for the Flying Chuck, but Taker grabbed him and chokeslammed him on the grate.  Taker then pulled Morrison in the ring for a three count.

JOHN MORRISON IS ELIMINATED!

Taker pulled down his straps, so it was business time.  Taker beckoned him over.  Jericho coyly got in, but he ran into a shot, allowing Taker to take control in the corner.  Taker scored with a high knee, but missed a second one.  Taker ended on the top turnbuckle, and Jericho looked for the superplex, which connected.  Jericho made a slow cover for a 2 count.  Jericho put in some shots to the head as Taker recovered, but ran into a chokeslam attempt.  However, Jericho got the roll through looking for The Walls.  Taker looked for Hell's Gate, but Jericho recountered and got the Walls locked on, although Taker wasn't 100% over.  Taker got the look in his eyes and he turned it back rround and looked for the Hell's Gate.  Taker couldn't get it locked in, and Jericho used the ropes as leverage to escape.  Taker sat up again and pulled Jericho in to look for the Tombstone, but Jericho slipped out and hit the Codebreaker!  Jericho crawled over.  One.  Two.  NO!  Close 2 count!

Jericho pleaded with Taker to stay down, before driving shoulders into the corner.  He mounted Taker.  Bad idea, because that just meant a Last Ride.  However, Taker fell down, and notably, away from Jericho.  Taker looked to get back to his feet.  And when he did, he signalled Tombstone.  However..  SHAWN MICHAELS POPPED UP FROM A HATCH IN THE GRATE AND HIT SWEET CHIN MUSIC!!!!!!

Jericho couldn't believe it, but he made the pin for the title!!!!

WINNER & NEW CHAMPION:  CHRIS JERICHO!!!!
