The following are spoilers (and random notes) from Saturday Night's Main Event, to be broadcast this weekend on NBC. The show was taped prior to Raw at the Air Canada Centre in Toronto.
The Great Khali defeated John Cena in a non-title match. It was a quick match dominated by Khali, who pinned Cena after his chokeslam-type move.
Next was an arm-wrestling contest between Bobby Lashley and Mr. McMahon. After some stalling, McMahon decided that Mark Henry (who just happened to be in his wrestling gear backstage) would make a better challenger for Lashley. That contest didn't happen, either, because Henry started pounding away on Lashley. Lashley briefly got a measure of revenge with his spear.
Edge was interviewed backstage by Maria and said he wasn't the "Biggest, Strongest, Smallest or Strangest" (which was the theme of the night, and also a Coliseum Home Video release, if memory serves). He was the greatest. He's also a catchphrase-stealer (just saying).
Batista and Chris Benoit defeated Montel Vontavious Porter and Edge. Towards the end of the match, Edge abandoned his partner while Benoit pinned MVP following the flying headbutt. In true Toronto fashion, the heels were cheered here.
Finley and Hornswaggle defeated Big and Little Boogeyman (The Boogeymen?) after Finley kicked Little Boog in the head. Actually the most entertaining match of the show.
Other notes:
-- Following the Raw main event (presumably once the cameras were off), Cena and Lashley got into a scrap, with Lashley spearing Cena and holding his World Title in the air. Cena was (largely) booed the entire night, and this did little to change things.
-- Chuck Palumbo (w/ motorcycle) defeated local jobber Tyson Dux in the pre-SNME dark match. The Highlanders were involved in the pre-Raw dark match, but I unfortunately (or fortunately) missed it.
-- Biggest pops of the night actually went to Edge, followed strangely enough by Hornswaggle. Gotta love bizarro-world Toronto.

members know that I will be filing a TRIPLE THREAT of audios within the next 24 hours or so. Part one goes over these spoilers, as discussed by myself and Complete and Utter Bulldog co-host The Big Rybowski. Part two is a "shoot" interview with actor Stu Stone, star of Donnie Darko, Kickin It' Old Skool, The Boys Club and MTV's Blowin' Up. (he also happens to be a huge Canadian Bulldog mark). Part three is a report from WWE Canada President Carl DeMarco's luxury skybox at the Air Canada Centre (which Stu was kind enough to sneak us into). Stay tuned for all three reports!!!
