Punk & Gallows come out with a Punk promo. New Years resolutions are the topic. Usual Straight Edge awesomeness. Resolutions are about bettering ourselves which is why Punk doesn't make them cause he's better than us. Punk is going to better us and win beat the clock tonight. His opponent, Matt Hardy. Punk wins clean with the GTS at 7:20.

Other BTC matches are Kane vs. Ziggler, Batista vs. R-Truth, & Mysterio vs. Jericho.

Also Drew McIntyre defends the IC title against John Morrison.

Kane vs. Ziggler up next. Chain wrestling early? WTF? 7:20 goes by so Ziggler doesn't beat the clock. Draw. Dolph nails Kane with the zig zag after the buzzer.

By the way, it's win and your in. So had Kane beat the clock, he'd be in the lead.

Jobber in the ring. Using the name the Carolina Panther. Great Khali out. Squashes him.

Morrison vs. McIntyre next. Good match. These guys have chemistry together. McIntyre pushes Morrison into the ref. Ref didn't see the push and dq'd Morrison. Morrison attacks McIntyre on the ramp after the match. Several refs break it up.

Michelle McCool and Layla out to sit ringside and watch the next match.

Beth Phoenix vs. Mickie James. McCool tries to interfere on beth's behalf and it backfires. She kicks Beth by accident allowing Mickie to roll her up for the pin. Layla and McCool jump Mickie and Beth makes the save. Beth half heartedly slaps hands with James and starts to leave. She then turns to Mickie and LAYS HER OUT with her finisher.

Jericho vs. Mysterio up next.

For some reason during the break they are changing the ring apron as well as airing the Kid Rock performance from Mania. Odd cause the apron looked fine.

Jericho promo time. Jericho is bigger than Smackdown and when he wins the Unified titles on Monday, he will once again be the face of Raw, Smackdown, ECW, Superstars, WWE on Demand, WWE.com, WWE Classics, Live Events, etc. He will then go onto win all the titles in WWE.

Match of the night. Mysterio wins with a small package at 7:19 to beat the clock. He is now in the lead.

Hart Dynasty (all 3 and a HUGE POP) vs. Jimmy Wayne Yang, Slam Master Jay & Maria. Harts win with a Smith backsuplex on Yang. Natalya lays out Maria after the match and locks her in a sharpshooter. A "we want Bret" chant breaks out. LOL. Looks like they are trying to keep them heel. Doubt it's gonna work.

Batista vs. R-Truth up next.

Monday Night RAW is at the Izod Center on April 19. Tickets on sale in 2 weeks. I might go.

Mysterio is out for commentary.

Batista beats on Truth for most of the match. Truth makes a small comeback but Batista kills him dead. About to win when Mysterio pulls the ref out the ring and time expires. Batista does not beat the clock. Mysterio vs. Taker at the Royal Rumble for the title.

Vicky Guerrero comes out and says that Mysterio is a cheater. She announces Mysterio vs. Batista next week on Smackdown to determine the true number one contender.

Surprisingly no Taker, DX, Teddy Long,  Abraham Washington on the show.

After the show goes off the air, Vicky says in addition to next week, Mysterio will wrestle Batista now in a street fight!

After a good 6 minutes, Jericho runs in and lays out Mysterio followed by Matt Hardy laying out Jericho. Punk runs in with Gallows and lays out Hardy. Kane comes out and lays out Punk & Gallows. Batista lays out Kane. Mysterio nails Batista who walks into a Kane chokeslam followed by a Mysterio splash for the win. Good show overall. Crowd goes home happy.
