TNA The TNA Impact Report: AJ and Daniels vs. Joe and Angle, Homicide Turns On Hernandez, and The Pope Beats The Macho Man

We are off to a Weird start.. The 1st match is already in progress as the show starts..
Match 1: Tag Team Gauntlet:
Team 3d vs James Storm and Robert Roode vs The British Invasion vs Scott Steiner and Booker T
Brother Ray connects with a BubbaRhodes Elbow on Brutus. Robert Roode tags in and he punches Magnus. Steiner hits a overhead belly-to-belly suplex for a near fall. Roode with a reverse atomic drop and Team 3D refuses to tag in. Booker is on his way to the ring as the next entrant. Booker pulls Roode over the top rope to the floor. Booker tags in and gives Roode a boot to the chest. Booker with a back heel kick. Williams tags in and he kicks Roode.Roode with a back body drop to Williams followed by a belly-to-back suplex.Storm tags in and they hit a double suplex. Now they do their Beer Money thing for the fans.. Storm knocks Magnus off the apron. Steiner tags in and he kicks Storm and sends him into the turnbuckles. Steiner with a belly-to-belly suplex for a near fall. Kurt Angle is watching the match in the back.
Devon hits a clothesline on Williams and Magnus. Everyone is battling and this thing is getting out of hand. Team 3D give Steiner a 3D and Booker breaks up the cover. Magnus covers Steiner for the three count.
Winner: Brutus Magnus and Doug Williams
After the match, we see Kurt Angle in the back and he is not happy. Booker yells at Williams and Magnus. Security comes to the ring to try to break this up.

We are back and Kurt Angle is yelling at Brutus Magnus and Doug Williams. Eric Young comes by and he tells Kurt that he should know better.
Kurt Angle comes to the ring. Kurt has a mic and he addresses Matt Morgan. He says that before the big showdown at No Surrender, he wants Matt to come to the ring for one last conversation.
And here comes Matt.. They talk about the last few weeks and Angle tells Matt that he is on the cusp of being the newest member of the Main Event Mafia. Kurt says that they are all in agreement. Matt says let me guess there is one thing left for him to do. Kurt says that Matt read his mind.
Now here comes A MAN CALLED Sting!! (playing of his old theme music,you know what I'm talking about..anyway) Sting tells Matt that he knows that they are going to be opponents at No Surrender. Sting tells matt he cant trust Angle and tells him he shouldn't stand by his side and that he should tell Angle to FUCK OFF..We'll maybe not in those words but that's what he was thinking..
Anyway they go back forth hyping the main event at No Surrender and also the main event for the show tonight.

We are back and Lauren is with Earl Hebner talking about the controversy over the Hernandez/Sting match.
Jeremy Borash is with Mick Foley in his office and he has his kids with him. They talk about the rematch next week with Him and Nash.. And he also tells Dr. Stevie that he has a match with Abyss tonight.
Match 2:
Daffney and Alisa Flash vs Sarita and Taylor Wilde in a Women’s Tag Tournament First Round Match
Flash and Wilde start things off and they lock up and Wilde with a cross arm breaker but Flash sends Wilde to the mat. Wilde with a kip up and Sarita is tagged in. Wilde with an arm drag and Sarita with an arm drag of her own. Wilde sends Sarita onto Flash for a near fall. Daffney tags in and she punches Sarita followed by a European uppercut. Sarita with an arm drag and a flip leg drop for a near fall. Wilde tags in and she hits a sunset flip but Daffney rolls through. Sarita hits a cross body. Flash with a kick to the back and then Daffney with a kick to Wilde. Flash tags in and she slams Wilde and then she kicks Taylor’s head. Daffney with a abdominal stretch that is applied from the sitting position. Flash and Sarita tag in and Sarita with chops and a shoulder tackle to Daffney. Sarita with a cross body but Daffney and Flash catch her. Sarita with a tornado DDT on Daffney. Flash with forearms and a back fist but Sarita with a belly-to-belly suplex for the 3 count.
Winners: Sarita and Taylor Wilde
Jeremy Borash is with Eric Young and the World Elite.

Lauren is with Suicide to ask him about D’Angelo Dinero. Suicide says that Dinero knows that he has lived and died on the same streets that Dinero lives on. Next week, the dark savior is coming and it is going to be a cleansing of the wicked.
Match 3:
Jay Lethal vs D’Angelo Dinero
Commentary from the Machine Guns before the match starts but then we go back to Mike and Taz.
They lock up and Lethal backs Dinero into the ropes and Lethal gives a clean break. Dinero does not give clean break. Lethal with an elbow and jabs followed by arm drags and an arm bar. Dinero goes to the floor and Lethal with a suicide dive and Dinero goes down. Dinero chokes Lethal in the ropes and then hits a splash in the ropes for a near fall. Dinero comes off the turnbuckles into a boot from Lethal. Lethal gives him a hip toss followed by a cartwheel and drop kick for the near fall. Lethal with a chop and a sunset flip for a near fall.
Dinero hits a neck breaker. The knee pads come down for the running knees in the corner for the 3 count.
Winner: D’Angelo Dinero
In the back and there is a face off between the World Elite and Main Event Mafia.
Angelina Love and Velvet Sky walk in the back.

Match 4:
Angelina Love and Velvet Sky vs Madison Rayne and (Mystery partner) Roxxi in a Women’s Tag Team Tournament First Round Match
Madison and Angelina start things off but Roxxi tags in and she connects with forearms to Angelina. Now a back splash for a near fall. Angelina throws Roxxi to the mat and Velvet is tagged in for a sexy double elbow drop for a near fall. Madison tags in and they hit a double back elbow for a near fall. Madison with a few forearms. Angelina pulls Madison down by the hair. Angelina tags in and she kicks Madison in her back. Velvet tags in and she hits a snap mare and kick to her back. Madison makes the tag and so does Velvet. Roxxi with forearms and a kick to Angelina. Roxxi with a fall away slam to Velvet. Roxxi hits the Voodoo drop but she can only get a 2 count. Velvet and Roxxi fight on the floor.Angelina rolls up Madison ,grabs a handful of tights for the 3 count.
Winners: Angelina Love and Velvet Sky
Cody Deaner is in Mick Foley’s office talking about his women’s title match against ODB.

Match 5:
Abyss vs Dr. Stevie
This match was what it was... Stevie got some offense in. They battled on the floor. In the end Abyss hit Stevie with a Black Hold Slam for the 3 count.
Winner: Abyss
After the match, Nash comes up from behind and clotheslines Abyss. Now "Big daddy Cool" and "Big Stevie Cool"(remember that from the old ECW days) punch and kick Abyss. Foley gets into the ring and he sends Stevie to the floor. Nash leaves before Foley can get him.

We are back and the World Elite are in the ring. Eric says that there appears to be a lot of controversy about the World Elite tonight and he would have it no other way. He says that their number one job is to recruit Hernandez. They want Hernandez to be part of their family so he can be treated as an equal and be given a fair chance. Eric says that he never expected that Hernandez would be so brainwashed to think that the fans consider him an equal. Eric says that he will do whatever it takes to get him to join the group.
Hernandez’s music plays and Hector Guerrero comes to the ring.(I don't know why I can't stand this guy) Anyway.. Hector says that Hernandez is not coming out tonight. Hector reminds Eric that he cost Hernandez one of the most important matches in his life. Hector points out that Hernandez has a bad temper. Hector tells Eric to end it. Eric says that he did not start it. It was the people who chose to spit on their beliefs. Eric says that he respects Hector and what the Guerreros have done in wrestling and that is why he is still standing.(Personally , I wish he would piledrive Hector) Eric tells Hector to have Hernandez watch closely to see why he should talk to Eric tonight.
Tara is shown walking in the back.

Match 6: in a Mixed Martial Arts Rules Match
Tara vs Cody Deaner
This was mostly a comedy match. It was OK, Tara pretty much owned the match. Until.. Awesome Kong made her way to the ring. She hit Tara with the Implant Buster. Kong leaves the ring. Wowww!! I can't believe it, the ref. has gotten up just in time to see Tara knocked out in the ring. He declares Deaner is the winner.
Winner: Cody Deaner

We see Cody in the back and Lauren reminds Cody about his match with ODB. He tells Lauren he just whooped on Tara and that she can add ODB to the list of people he will beat to be the king of the knockouts.
They show the No Surrender line-up.
They show footage of Bobby Lashley training,when Rhino confronts him and then attacks him.

Match 7:
Daniels and A. J. Styles with Sting in the corner vs Kurt Angle and Samoa Joe with Matt Morgan in the corner
Angle and Daniels start things off and Daniels with a side head lock take down. Angle with a head scissors and Daniels escapes. Angle with a European uppercut. Daniels with a leg lariat and Styles get the tag in. Styles kicks Angle and then slams Kurt. Angle with a rake of the eyes and tags Joe in. Daniels is tagged in and they double team Joe. Daniels with chops but Joe with punches and punches always win. Styles gets the tag in and he sends Joe into Daniels and then they hit a high/low combination. Angle with an overhead belly-to-belly suplex and he gets a near fall. Joe tags in and they hit a double suplex on Styles. Joe hits a forearm that sends Daniels off the apron.
Joe tries for an arm breaker but Styles blocks it and gets to the ropes. Styles with punches but Joe gets Styles on his shoulders. Styles escapes the hold and he hits a Pele kick and both men are down. Angel and Daniels tag in. Daniels hits some clotheslines and then a kick for a near fall. Daniels with an Irish whip but Angle moves when Daniels tries for a knee. Angle tries for the Olympic Slam but Daniels with an arm drag. Daniels hits a Flatline. Joe tries for a knee drop but Daniels moves. Daniels with an enzuigiri and then tags Styles back in. Daniels hits a choke slam. Daniels hits a BME and Styles hits a frog splash.Joe breaks up the cover with a back sen ton. Joe sends Daniels to the floor. Joe gets a chair and Sting takes it from him. Morgan has a chair and he wants Angle to use it. Angle gets sent into the chair when Styles reverses. Styles with a roll up for the 3 count.
Winners: A. J. Styles and Daniels
After the match, Morgan goes into the ring and he explains himself to Kurt. Angle slaps Morgan and Morgan gives Angle a kick and a Hellevator.
We now see the World Elite has attacked Homicide and Big Rob carries Homicide through the back.

We are back and the World Elite has brought Homicide into the ring. Eric tells Hernandez to join the World Elite or Homicide’s blood will be on his hands.
Hernandez comes to the ring and he hits a slingshot shoulder to Williams and Magnus. Hernandez press slams Bashir onto the rest of the group. Young tries to use a chair but Hernandez blocks it. Homicide hits Hernandez with the chair. The World Elite return to the ring and they attack Hernandez. Homicide puts the Mexican flag on top of Hernandez. That damn New Jack wannabe turned on his Mexican brother. Oh well!!
