#FollowTheTweeter: JBL Climbs A Mountain, Rick Cataldo Spills on Sunny, and Joey Ryan Attempts Career Suicide via YouTube
By Mike Johns Jul 4, 2012 - 9:53 AM
TweetHey, look! It's a Tweeter column! Guess that means Mike Johns finally found something interesting on Twitter that wasn't already reported to death elsewhere! With that said, no, we're not covering the spat between Sunny and Matt Hardy's Girlfriend over Sid no-showing a PWS show because he claims he lost his wallet. You already read all about it in Matt Dawgs' column last week, so there's no need to rehash the entire story here.
I will, however, link you to WSU star Rick Cataldo's Tumblr Rant about the situation HERE. It's certainly worth a read.
Meanwhile, JBL has spent the past couple weeks trying to climb a mountain. Here's just a few of the updates he posted during his climb -
Unfortunately, due to weather conditions, as well as injuries and ailments JBL acquired during his climb, he was forced to abort his mission at 17,000 feet. He made that announcement via his YouTube account -
All the while, SHIMMER stars LuFisto and Courtney Rush took part in a recent TNA Gut Check Audition. Here they are with TNA Agent, D'Lo Brown -
The SHIMMER champ strikes again, as we present yet another instance of

The Legacy of World Championship Wrestling is a strong one, indeed, which, unlike ECW's, hasn't been figuratively raped into oblivion by opportunistic workers looking to cash in on its popularity. Mostly because the only people who still publicly admit to liking WCW are people who either look at it nostalgically, as a significant part of their lives, or folks like Nick Jackson, who believe the business was better when Ted Turner's Money was still involved...
Here's Batista with a message for his haters -
Meanwhile, here's Daniel Bryan with some inside information on The Ryback -
CHIKARA star, Jigsaw, who you may have seen in TNA recently under the name "Rubix", shares his thoughts on the dubstep group known as Skrillex -

Do I even need to explain why it sucks to be Heath Slater right now? Here's Carlito Colon and Colt Cabana with more -
Speaking of Colt, here's the latest episode of
Creative Has Nothing for You -
TNA's Newest Knockout, Taeler Hendrix, posted this video on YouTube, thanking her fans for their support during TNA's Gut Check-
Meanwhile, Joey Ryan, who had done TNA's Gut Check and did not receive a contract, seems to have taken a page out of Shane Douglas' playbook, and decided to invade Impact during Taeler's Gut Check segment -
In fact, Joey Ryan now seems to spend every waking moment tweeting and making YouTube videos attacking TNA Wrestling, and Taz in particular...
I'm just going to say this - if this isn't part of some elaborate work/shoot angle cooked up by TNA and Joey Ryan (and chances are, it could very well be), this has got to be, by far, the absolute worst possible career move a pro wrestler could possibly make in today's industry. I mean, who in their right mind would actually hire a guy like this if this is how he handles rejection? This is the textbook definition of Unprofessional Behavior. WWE isn't going to call you up based on these actions. Its certainly not going to help you with TNA. It really shouldn't help you with wrestling fans, either, except that most of us are desensitized sheep who will follow and support our favorites no matter how dumb their actions are! Yet, here it is. Joey Ryan simply refuses to let the issue go, so much so that, for his sake, this better all be part of some crazy angle, otherwise, he's going to outright kill his career doing this sh*t.
Seriously, if this isn't a work, and Joey Ryan really is being this much of a douche about this Gut Check thing, he doesn't deserve a job in TNA, or anywhere else, for that matter!
And, finally, because it's actually kind of funny, here's the new commercial from WWE, announcing its expansion to 3 hours starting later this month -
