Hey there folks and welcome to this week's WWE Superstars SuperReview! I hope you all enjoyed the Hell in a Cell Pay-Per-View this past weekend and are all ready to enjoy some of my rantings and ravings about the “D” show. Without further ado, let's get underway..

Battle #1 Ted DiBiase vs. Evan Bourne

Teddy dedicates the match to Cody Rhodes who was “illegally” attacked by DX this past Sunday at the PPV. He invites the audience to partake in a minutes silence in tribute to Mr. Rhodes and the heel heat is BRUTAL. DiBiase (don't ask me why I capitalise the 'B', just something I've always done girls and boys) has a very bright future in WWE, it's clear as day! In my opinion, he will be the breakout star of the Legacy tag-team although I see a lot in Cody too. Hell, I'd like them both to make it as stars.

Tremendous action here as both men had some nice offensive moves. The flow of the match was perfect and there was a logical conclusion. These guys appear to have great chemistry together in the ring! Might be worth noting that down for future reference should they both make it big time in the upper card. Nice little aside as some fat kid on the outside screams “You Suck!” at DiBiase while holding a slurpy cup. No kid, YOU suck. Man my jokes really are lame. I bet even the child is laughing at me.

In any event, nice match! The member of Randy Orton's Legacy picks up the win with a sweet looking “Dream Street” onto Bourne.

WINNER: Ted DiBiase

In Other News..

The weekly embarrassments that are “Ask The Divas” continues. Yet again I skip this so I don't see some of favourite lady grappler's having to act like tactless morons.

Battle #2 Sheamus vs. Shelton Benjamin

Hopefully it won't be too long until Sheamus joins his fellow 'Celtic Warrior' Drew McIntyre on PPV. As for Benjamin, he's fallen pretty far down in favour with the booking squad or maybe Vince McMahon himself it seems. A man with so much talent who has never really been set free as a performer. There must be a good reason for that as the guy has an awesome look, solid move-set and is pretty over with the fans.

Ace little TV match here which actually served a purpose! Sheamus logically focused on the left shoulder of Benjamin who had suffered an injury to the bodypart thanks to his opponent ambushing him from behind on ECW. In the end the referee had no choice but to call for the bell and DQ Sheamus for not letting up on his stomping even though Shelton was on the ropes. Literally! This makes the Irishman look like a genuine bad ass while also allowing “The Gold Standard” to not suffer the indignity of submitting. The blow-off match to this feud should be brilliant.

Also of note was the excellent commentary of Matt Striker and Josh Matthews who sold the storyline injury pretty darn well.

WINNER: Shelton Benjamin

Meanwhile..

We look back at Hell in a Cell on Pay-Per-View which this writer felt was a pretty decent 'B' event on the PPV calendar for WWE. The cell matches all worked pretty well and even though they're not quite as brutal as they once were the story was there which held my interest.

Promo video for William Regal and his associates Vladimir Kozlov and Ezekial Jackson. A firm hell yes for Regal.

RAW Rebound..

A little look back at what transpired Monday night with “that dude from the NFL” as guest host. He actually did a pretty good job and I hear he actually a fan of the product, which is always nice to hear. I hate when people who have no prior knowledge of pro wrestling get drafted in to do these things so it's nice to have somebody who at least knows the characters.

Behind The Curtain..

Josh Matthews is backstage with The Hart Dynasty for some promo time. They claim they will shoe Cryme Tyme why they are “better than the best”. Nice interview I have to say, this group is mega entertaining. And Natalya is hot. WHAT!? I'm just sayin'... (thanks Gregory..).

Your Main Event & Mine Cryme Tyme w/Eve vs. The Hart Dynasty w/Natalya

This one is sure to be a good watch. Both duo's have the WWE tag team match formula down to a tee. It also started out with Miss. Neidhart at ringside comically singing “Tyson! Tyson! Yeah! Yeah!” so how can they fail!?. Oh yes, she went there. It's on.

Another solid bout makes 3 in a row here for this show. Back and forth wrestling as these two pairs also have terrific chemistry when booked together. In the end, big Shad nailed Tyson Kidd with “Thugnificant” for the 1...2...3! It's nothing we haven't seen before but when it's so damn entertaining who cares!

WINNERS: Cryme Tyme

That about does us for this week. Join me again next time for more from the WWE Superstars! Have a great weekend everybody. jamiekennedy@live.com for any of your quips, questions, views or thoughts!
