An open letter to the fans of
World Wrestling Entertainment
Dear Wrestling fans,
It has recently come to my attention that
some of you have become disgruntled, disenfranchised
and disappointed with the World Wrestling Entertainment
product. You have been heard recently complaining about
the lack of actual wrestling rather than applauding
the larger than life, muscular, complex characters.
You seem to be upset that WWE lacks athletes who have
the abilities to put on compelling, athletic contests.
Gone are the days of the 4 star matches between Brock
Lesnar and Kurt Angle. No more tag team matches with
the incredible abilities of the Dudleys, Hardy’s
and Edge and Christian. I need to let you all know that
this madness needs to stop. You all need to just grin
and bear it.
World Wrestling Entertainment has been
promoting wrestling for years. Long before you were
a fan of “Stone Cold” Steve Austin, The
Rock, Mankind, and Triple H, WWE existed. Newsflash
for you, WWE will not stop running shows just because
some internet marks are complaining. WWE will not change
their booking ideas just because you fans feel John
Cena can’t wrestling his way out of a wet paper
bag. WWE will not stop from “pushing the envelope”
with characters like Mohammed Hassan and Khosrow Daivari.
That is not how WWE world. WWE is by far the number
one wrestling promotion of all time and WWE didn’t
get to where they are by letting the whiners and complainers
dictate storylines. WWE didn’t become number one
by conforming to the “system”.
Just so you know, World Wrestling Entertainment
is cutting edge. World Wrestling Entertainment is compelling
drama and action. World Wrestling Entertainment is a
soap opera created for men and women who “get
it”.
So if you don’t “get it”,
then you can “get the F out”.
It is that simple. WWE needs characters
like Gene Snisky who is a big freaky man who loves feet.
World Wrestling Entertainment knows what is funny and
WWE knows that a “Fitness Guru” who makes
fun of obese people is it. WWE knows that an obese black
man in pajamas who anally rapes men is a laugh riot.
WWE knows that doing things the “Con-Way”
is the only way to do things. WWE knows that a Mexican
American man who realizes that the only way to succeed
in this country is to be a white man. That is cutting
edge people. WWE is willing to do what shows like Law
and Order, CSI and others aren’t willing to do.
Reach out to America with the issues that affect real
life. Fans of World Wrestling Entertainment need to
open their eyes and face the facts, World Wrestling
Entertainment knows what it is doing and you don’t.
Just sit back and enjoy what WWE presents. Besides,
there is no alternative. TNA is not a competitor. They
are a wart on the hynie of WWE. UFC? They are poopy.
Yes poopy. Cause poopy is funny. So watch RAW and Smackdown
when and where available and enjoy.
