What?  You're here already?  Patience my friends...Genesis doesn't start until 8pm EST.  The live coverage will begin shortly thereafter.  As always, thanks for visiting WorldWrestlingInsanity.com.

Welcome to TNA’s Genesis. Officially the most important Pay Per View in TNA history. Time to separate the men from the boys people. Time to send the women and children to bed and go looking for dinner. Time to get hungry and leave no man untested. Samoa Joe…….Kurt Angle…….TNA Genesis. NEXT!!!!

Matt Dawgs in the hizzouse soon to be joined by Mike Rickard. Sorry but James Guttman couldn't be here but tonight is an important night on Desperate Housewives and he refused to not watch it live so I lined up a damn good replacement. But he cancelled on me so I got Mike Rickard instead. He will pick up the show around 9:15ish ET. until then, deal with me.

Dave Sahadi delivers again with a fantastic opening package featuring some NASA like opening mixed with TNA clips and opera music in the background. WWE really dropped the ball by overworking him to the point of leaving. He is the best in the business.

Mike Tenay and Don West join us to Genesis live from Orlando Florida. Action packed show lined up for tonight and here we go with our opening contest.

1) Maverick Matt, Kazarian and Johnny Devine vs. The VKM (Voodoo Kin Mafia) of BG James and Kip James
Bently, Kazarain and Devine all look like Raven clones. They attack BG as soon as the bell rings and take over. BG comes back on all three before the “Flock” take back over. Hot tag to Kip who comes in, cleans house and hits Devine with a pedigree. He then "tunes up the band" for some "Sweet Chin Music". He doesn't bother doing it. Instead, he tossed Bently out of the ring and hits a sleeper slam for the win. BG gets the mic and talks about his "WAR" with WWE. He says on Thursday, watch IMPACT. Good plug for the show.

Tenay and West plug some of the matches tonight including Christian Cage vs. AJ Styles, LAX vs. AMW, Sabin vs. Daniels and Joe vs Angle.

The "Flock" are in the ring when the freshly suited Raven comes out. Seriously. He is in a white suit with a black mask on carrying a walking cane. Since Devine took the loss, he is going to get flogged by Raven with his cane. Some welts are on Divine's back. This is stiff. That'll show Divine to lose a match. Raven leaves and we get Jeremy Borash with the Naturals and Shane Douglas backstage.

Douglas talks about Team 3D and their heart  and all that good stuff. He mentions how Team 3D took a beating, etc etc. Tonight, Jay Lethal and Sonjay Dutt are going to get it.

2) "The Original Playa from the Himilayas" Sonjay Dutt and Jay Lethal w/ Jerry Lynn vs. The Naturals (Chase Stevens & Andy Douglas) w/ "The Franchise" Shane Douglas

The Naturals took over to start but Dutt and Lethal hit some spots on them with the double teams. TRhey hit a stereo plancha/somersault flip to the outside on the Naturals. I would guess this is a tornado tag match sine we are about 2 minutes in and no one has been asked to exit the ring. Just double teams by Dutt/Lethal. Finally Dutt leaves Lethal in the ring with Stevens. Some quick tags by both men, getting the heat on Stevens. A cut off by Stevens and a tag to Douglas. Now they are beating down Lethal.  In and out, old school tag team wrestling by the Naturals. Cool wherllbarrow suplex by Stevens on Lethal and the Naturals are just dominating Jay Lethal. Hot tag by Lethal and Sonjay Dutt comes in like a house of fire. head scissors here, dropkick there. Some high flying by Sonjay on both members of the Naturals. In a finsih I've never seen in my entire life, Chase Stevens had Dutt up in a powerbomb position and Andy Douglas came off the top with a dropkick. Instead of hitting Dutt, he nailed STEVENS!!!!! Then, Stevens fell and it looked like both he and Dutt took bumps. I guess the dropkick that missed Sonjay was so devestating that Dutt was dead because Stevens made the pin and Dutt was knocked out.

Jeremy Borash is backstage with LAX. Konnan called Petey Williams a coward for not burning the flag. He then says no one is going to stop them from buring the flag. Not Petey, not AMW. No one. ARRIBA LA RAZA!!!

Video package for Daniels vs. Sabin followed by a Christopher Daniels promo.

3) X-Division Title Match: "The Fallen Angel" Christopher Daniels vs. "The Future" Chris Sabin
Sabin out to ringside first and he is working on getting some heel heat. A clip of Sabin costing Styles his win against Abyss is aired. Christopher Daniels makes his way to ringside and the crowd pops. Some chain wrestling to start off. Back and forth action by both men. Sabin has been taking some short cuts so Daniels obliges and starts using some dirty tactics of his own including standing on Sabin's head while he is face down on the mat. Outside the ring, Sabin slams Daniels on the guardrail neck first. A slower paced match than usual for Sabin as his matches are normally quick and filled with highspots. Sabin his his skateboard dropkick while Daniels is tied in tree of woe. Sabin then goes outside the ring, badmouths Don West and tossed a chair into the ring. He slides in to get it but AJ Styles is in the ring with the chair and takes it away. Sabin is pissed and begins walking towards AJ who is walking back tot he locker room. He turns around and Daniels comes off the top to the outside with a bodyblock. Daniels is now in command and hits his STO as well as a flip slam on Sabin from the top. Best Moonsault EVER but Sabin stops him. Sprindboard DDT by Sabin and business is picking up folks. The pace is getting quicker. Sit down powerbomb for a near fall on Daniels. Springboard off the top again but Daniels catches him and nails a DVD in one motion. B.M.E. is hit for a two count. He signals for the Angel's Wings but a dragon screw leg whip. he follows it up with a mafia kick and Daniels is stunned. He sets up Daniels for the cradle shock but Daniels turns it into a crucifix pin like he did when he won the belt. Sabin kicks out. Some more back and forth moves but Daniels manages to lock him in a school boy for the win. As Daniels is celebrating, Sabin has a chair and is about to nail Daniels be hind the back. Jerry Lynn stops him and they argue. Lynn convinces Sabin to shake Daniels hand. He does. As soon as Lynn leaves, Sabin nails him with the cradle shock and bails.

Paparrazi Productions is backstage and Nash is talking about the team needing a win tonight. He asks that they give him not 110%. not 100%. But 90%. Shelly says he can. They bicker back and forth talking about jobbers like Hector Garza, Italian Stallion, etc. Bottom line, they need a win.

Kevin Nash gets on the headset with Tenay and West.

3) Austin Starr and Alex Shelly vs. Ron "the Truth" Killings and Lance Hoyt
Paparazzi Productions comes out first and plays to the crowd. Killings comes out doing some weird shoulder movements like he's having a seizure. Nash explains how his arm is in a sling. He was in Japan 2 nights ago, Buddokun Hall to be exact defending his version of the international X-Division title. He did a super twist like move and hurt his arm. He won the match though. Starr (Aries) and Shelly are gold with Nash. I don't see any reason why Jack Evans isn't signed and brought with them. His "white wigger' gimmick fits this stable to a tee for comic relief with them. Killings is taking over early on until Shelly crawls to the corner and hugs Starr's waist. Starr tags himself in but is quickly taken over. Hoyt breaks out his X-Division style. For a big man, he is impressive with his highflying stye. He attempts a moonsault but is crouched by Shelly. They double team on Hoyt. Killings gets a hot tag and does some dancing while he does his comeback. Shelly accidently hits Starr with a leg whip. Killings nails Shelly with a suplex stunner move. Starr breaks it up. Lots of action going on. The finish came when Shelly hit a frog splash on Hoyt's leg. He calls for Starr to get the camera to film this. As Starr does, Shelly goes for the figure four leg lock but Hoyt turns it into a small package and picks up the win as Starr is distracted. Nash dumps his headset and walks over to Shelly and browbeats him verbally. They leave.

Video package for Christian Cage vs. AJ Styles. Just noticed that according to the package, Christian Cage debuted as last years Genesis. Wow. Feels like yesterday. JB is with Christian Cage backstage. Captain Charisma cuts a hell of a heel promo. He has "IT"

4)"Captain Charisma" Christian Cage vs. "The Phenominal" A.J. Styles
Some chain wrestling early on until Christian slaps AJ right in the mouth. Very hard. As slaps him right back and follows it up with some vicious forearms. Both men take a breather after a shoulder block and stare each other down. Both are hesitant to lock up until AJ offer a test of strength. Instead though, AJ kicks him in the stomach. Some fast paced action and after AJ takes Christian down with two shoulder blocks, AJ and Christian stare each other down again. Another lock up and some chain wrestling. Christian gets the upper hand this time and takes over with some hard hitting chops. He goes for the Unprettier but AJ flips him over. Almost real bad accident as Christian came dangerously close to landing on his head. He gets up and AJ goes for the Styles Clash but it is blocked. Somersault plancha to the outside by AJ on Christian and both men are down and in some pain. Aj is holding his ankle. He is walking on it though. Aj goes for a moonsault to the outside and but Christian trips him up and takes over on offense. He slows the pace down to "WWE Style" with some chin locks and rest holds.

WE INTTERUPT THIS PROGRAM TO GIVE YOU WHAT WE CALL A HOT TAG. MIKE RICKARD WILL BE TAKING YOU HOME FROM HERE. Sorry to cut our chat short but I gotta run. Rickard, clean house and take us home.
