ZAH's Real-Time Impact Report: Sting vs. Angle...

By
Apr 26, 2007, 21:06

...

Alright, Saad Naeem couldn’t make it this week so everybody’s favorite TNA lover is here to review this week’s Impact.  Of course, where I just traveled from Houston to Moncton my timing is all messed up and I ended up being an hour behind...thus I missed the first four minutes of the show.

Boo-yah…here we go!!

***

(1) Kurt Angle vs. Sting turned into a no-contest (I’m assuming).

Cage, STyles, Steiner, and Tomko decided to interrupt proceedings about five minutes into the match.  It was a total beat-down as Cage hit Angle in the head with a steel cage and then he proceeded to "whip" him with the chair with Styles and Tomko ensuring he didn't move.  Steiner had Sting in the Recliner on the outside as Cage hit a DDT on Angle before Sting finally made his way into the ring and cleared the ring of the baddies.

Thoughts:

A hot opener that can help sell PPV buys as it really helped to continue storyline advancement.

Rating: 3/10

Did you really think you’d get Angle vs. Sting on television for free?
