Guests: Rowdy Roddy Piper &. Mickie James.

I accept my fate; after all I did offer to recap the show, I certainly cannot blame James for accepting me. And with poor Uncle Ralph is the slam, I will be magnanimous nice this week.

Welcome to Byte This. It’s Todd Grisham in a brand new studio: looking good Todd, you are moving up in the world, and you’re wearing make-up now. Good for you Todd. New studio or not Byte this is still all about us, the people.

Poor befuddled Todd thinks we all watched Taboo Tuesday. Don’t anyone tell him the truth, it might hurt his feelings.

John Cena is still champ!

Rowdy Roddy Piper is up after the break, which is an advert for the Wrestlemanina Anthology.

Woohoo Todd is back! Life is good.

Piper’s music pipes in. Roddy likes the way Todd introduced him, and how could you not? The Rowdy One talks up the Wrestlemanina Anthology …you can watch it all from the first Wrestlemanina to XX. Rowdy is pretty lucid so far, even if he did say he respects Hulk Hogan. Piper then talks about all the famous people at Wrestlemanina.
Todd Grisham asks who is Mr. Wrestlemanina? Dr. Hiney himself: Vincent Kennedy McMahon answers Piper.
Piper “shoots” about Cowboy Bob Orton, and he’s not as lucid as he was a few seconds ago.
Eddie Guerrero and Batista are very classy guys according to Piper; great guys, they are Men.
Piper always did what he wanted to do.
He loves being booed: it’s like a standing ovation to him.
Roddy then signs off as Todd does a fantastic Scottish accent.

Todd loves hot chicks…can’t blame you there.

Mickie James signs on as the second guest, she talks about how great Trish is and she would do anything for her.
Mickie is very excited that Trish kept her title. Trish is great
Todd wonders why Mickie isn’t looking out for herself? Trish Stratus is awesome.
Getting into Wrestling takes lots of dedication; but it all pays off in the end. You get to meet Trish Stratus.
Mickie likes everyone, even the Smackdown Diva’s who don’t seem to like her very much. Trish Stratus has been great to her.
She has ferrets and horses, none named Trish Stratus, yet.
Trish is the best…yadda yadda, this interview is very dull. Thanks for calling in Mickie. Your heel turn on Trish will probably be predictable and inane. But Todd did make the segment interesting. Todd is awesome!

“Byte This is the greatest show in the history of the internet!”, no Todd Radio Free Insanity is.

Christian has left, (and damn I hope he ends up in TNA.) Todd don’t mention Pain Pills, bad idea buddy!
Rumor has it that Torrie Wilson has been fired…according to Todd she has not been fired. (damn)

Todd Grisham does his impression of Harry Carey during Raw Unlimited…and the crowd goes wild! Yay!

Byte this ends with a promo spot for Jake the Snake’s Pick Your Poison DVD.

Calls to Todd:
The caller thought Flair/Hunter cage match was the best he has ever seen.
Todd thought Joey Styles got better as the night went on.
Todd wonders if Styles will go commentary for Raw ever again. (I hope so)
Christian was pretty hot moving to Smackdown and just lost momentum, he thinks he just got frustrated and his body was worn out.

Damnit! Todd hits on another kid, this time it’s a teenage boy! What’s with this guy? Two weeks in a row, it’s getting creepy.

Todd loved the Smackdown vs. Raw Tag Team match.
There are no good looking girls in Vermont…none, no stop looking now, none means none.
Todd thinks Candice Michelle is the hottest Diva, as does the caller from VT.
Will we ever see Hogan Austin or Mick Foley Hogan? Stay Tuned.
Caller (old guy from North Carolina) kisses Todd’s ass, he has been trying to get to talk to Todd for a long time. The caller talks about Torrie Wilson. This guy is makes less sense than Piper. He goes on and on and on and on and gets himself cut off. Todd is funny throughout this.

Calls to Piper:
Piper is a rogue artist, he will not just stick to Smackdown; but he will be on next week.
Piper’s favorite wrestler on Piper’s Pit is Frankie Williams? (Who?) Time to change the question Todd.
Piper asks a kid if he has written his letter to Santy Clause? (woah)
Piper has broken a lot of bones. He has been rebuilt, but is not any better.
The worst hurt you can experience is your feelings, your heart.

Calls to Mickie:
Mickie wants to win the Title from Trish (shock and awe)
She feels accepted by everyone, except Victoria…Trish is awesome!
Mickie has loved wrestling all of her life.

The show was all over the place this week; disjointed and not very good…much like this recap of it. Roddy Piper did not have anything of interest to say and lost all coherence half way through his segment. Mickie James was in character the whole time and her character just doesn’t work for a call in show; every answer was “Trish Stratus.” The show had more callers than usual and most of those callers were either kids, or rambling old men from North Carolina. So I want some thanks for suffering this show so you don’t have to…but I’m ok with that, I am. Thank You James Guttman. And thank you Todd Grisham.
