(1) The new LOD defeated Nunzio and Vito when Animal pinned Nunzio after the doomsday device.

Segment one opens with the new LOD taking on Nunzio and Vito. Steve Romero says that Animal is in fantastic shape. What the hell is he smoking? Animal brings Nunzio in the hard way and hits a dropkick before striking a pose. He goes for an elbowdrop, but Nunzio rolls out of the way and out of the ring. Animal tags to Heidenreich. Nunzio slaps him and runs away for a while but Heidenreich catches him back in the ring with a big boot. Heidenreich looks like a white papa shango with the face paint. Vito gets a cheap shot in and Nunzio follows with a dropkick before dragging Heidenreich over to make the tag to Vito. Vito comes in with some kick and lands a clothesline for a two count. He tags out to Nunzio who works on Heidenreich's arm but Heidenreich is too strong and throws him off. They continue double teaming him in the corner and go for a doubleteam clothesline, but Heidenreich clotheslines the both of them instead. Animal comes in and cleans house. He lands a powerslam on Vito for a two count, broken up by Nunzio. Heidenreich disposes of Vito and the LOD hit the doomsday device on Nunzio for the pin. They close with the ad for the Jake Roberts dvd "Pick Your Poison."

THE VERDICT

Typical LOD squash match.

(2) Hardcore Holly defeated Simon Dean with an alabama slam.

In segment two we have Hardcore Holly taking on Simon Dean. Simon tells us all his life, he's been a winner. Someone hasn't been looking at their record lately. Simon says it surprises him that no matter what city he goes to, he hasn't been able to find a single person just like him, a winner. Instead he runs into just the opposite, a bunch of people who enjoy being pathetic. A bunch of people who enjoy being out of shape. A bunch of people who enjoy being pathetic, out of shape losers. That's right, he is a winner because of his patented simon system. He starts saying his name is Simon Dean and Simon says.....but then Hardcore Holly's music hits. Holly grabs the mic and tells Simon there needs to be a little truth behind the Simon System. Apparantly the Simon System seems like a laxative to Holly, which is bad since he's fixing to kick the crap out of Simon. Simon uses the ref as a shield and gets a cheap shot in on Holly. Dean backs him into the corner, but Holly revereses it and starts delivering a series of chops which get a whoo from the crowd. Simon catches air on the last chop. Holly goes for the Alabama slam, but Dean makes it to the ropes to force a break. Holly follows him outside, but Dean rams him backfirst into the ring apron before rolling him back in. Simon covers but only gets a one count. Simon continues to work over Holly and hits a shortarm clothesline for another one count. Simon follows up with a choke and goes to a side headlock, but Holly small packages him for a two count. Simon whips him to the corner and chokes him in the ropes. Holly hit a full nelson slam to stop Simon's momentum. Holly whips him to the ropes for a back elbow, then a dropkick for a two count. He lifts him on the ropes and lands a kick to the midsection. Holly hits the alabama slam for the pin. They close with an Undertaker career highlight video.

THE VERDICT

This was pretty much a squash match as well, with Simon just gettig in a little offense. There wasn't much here to make you care about either guy. The prematch micwork was a nice touch though.

(3) Kid Kash defeated Scotty 2 Hotty with a moonsault.

Segment three has cruiserweight action with Scotty 2 Hotty taking on Kid Kash. They lock up and Kash goes to work on the arm. They trade reversals and Kash throws him down by the hair. Scotty hits a series of whips to the corner on Kash and climbs to the second rope for the punches to the head. Kash throws him off and rams him shoulder first to the corner post. Kash goes back to work on the arm looking for an armbar submission. Scotty fights back with some punches, but Kash counters with a thumb to the eye to put a stop to that. Kash whips him to the corner and charges in, but runs into a big boot from Scotty. Scotty comes off the ropes with a tomahawk chop to the head of Kash. He whips him to the corner and charges in but Kash floats over and catches a superkick from Scotty. Scotty knocks him down and sets up for the worm, but Kash rolls out to the ring apron. Kash snaps Scotty's arm across the top rope and climbs to the top but Scotty catches him and tries for a superplex. Kash blocks that and throws off Scotty who lands throat first across the top rope. Kash hits the top rope moonsault on the injured arm and scores the pin. Segment closes with the wrestlemania anthology commercial.

THE VERDICT

Solid match for Kid Kash. Not as good as his other velocity performances however. Scotty's act is really tired.

(4) Paul London and Brian Kendrick defeated William Regal and Paul Burchill after Brian Kendrick pinned Paul Burchill after a dropkick/flatliner combination.

Segment four opens with a recap of the Raw/Smackdown feud. In the main event, Paul London and Brian Kendrick hook up with Paul Burchill and William Regal. Regal goes to work on London's arm early, but London reverses into a headlock. Regal shoves him off to the ropes and London counters with a shoulderblock and goes back to the headlock. He tags in Kendrick who stomps Regal's back and goes to a headlock of his own. Regal whips him to the ropes and Kendrick counters with a forearm and goes for the cover. Regal counters with a headscissors and Kendrick flips out of that and goes back to the headlock. Regal makes the tag to Burchill but he runs into a headlock as well. Burchill tries to back suplex him, but Kendrick hangs on and takes him down to the mat with the headlock. He tags London back in and snap mares Burchill. London comes off the ropes with a dropkick but only gets a one count. Londons tags to Kendrick and hits a drop toe hold on Burchill as Kendrick comes off the ropes with a neck whip on Burchill. London tags back in and they hit a doubleteam japanese armdrag on Burchill. Regal runs into a doubleteam backdrop. They continue to doubleteam Burchill, but he manages to shove London to the ropes and Regal pulls down the top rope sending London to the floor. Regal rams him into the ring apron on the outside ane rolls him back in. Burchill hits a slam and tags out to Regal who comes in and lays the forearms to London. Burchill tags in and they doubleteam London before Burchill hits a big samoan drop. He follows with a standing moonsault, but Kendrick breaks up the count on two. Regal comes in and hits a double underhook suplex on London for a two count. Burchill comes back in and hits an over the knee backbreaker and holds him there. London knees his way out and Burchill lifts him up for a fireman's carry. London floats over and runs Burchill face first into the corner and makes the tag to Kendrick. Kendrick hits a series of dropkicks on both men and climbs the ropes in the corner to lay the punches to Regal. He jumps off backward and catches Burchill in a flying ddt. London and Kendrick land a double dropkick on Regal. London hit a dropkick to the back of Burchill as Kendrick gave him the flatliner and they scored the pin.

THE VERDICT

Good tag team match. These four did about as good a job as can do with a tag team match in the short time they were given. Regal and Burchill are a good heel team and it looks like maybe London and Kendrick could be a future opponent for MNM after they get done with the mexicools.

OVERALL

This was pretty much a one match show, but the main event was a really good tag match. The other three were pretty much squashes, but I would definitely recommend checking out the main event.
