In January of this year,
I started work on a book for ECW Press
entitled "World Wrestling Insanity."
My goal was to produce more than just
an overview of WWE. I wanted to look at
the company from every angle possible
and make it a book unlike any other I've
seen. In the end, I was more than happy
with the final result. I'm confident that
you will be too.
What you'll find in it is
the same style of writing that you're
familiar with from my past work. There's
humor and sarcasm sprinkled throughout,
but most importantly there's analysis...then
analysis of that analysis...then I analyze
some more...then I had a sandwich...then
I analyzed again.
I didn't want to stop there,
though. I began to dig deeper and deeper
and uncovered many things that go on in
WWE most fans were never aware of. Within
the pages of WORLD WRESTLING INSANITY,
you'll find many interesting things from
behind the walls of Vinnie Mac's ivory
tower that have never been printed before...anywhere.
I still didn't want to stop
there. As a wrestling columnist, I'm keenly
aware that people look to us as non-wrestlers
with big mouths. So, I decided to seek
out some wrestling personalities and get
their thoughts on various theories, ideas,
and points that I raised in the book.
I tried to gather a diverse group of people
to add comments. All of their comments
are exclusive to this book and can't be
found elsewhere. In fact, some of these
comments are going to shock and surprise
many people.
