World Wrestling Insanity: The Book - Frequently Asked Questions

By James Guttman

...

Hey guys,

We're only about two months away from the big release of World Wrestling Insanity - The Book.  It's an exciting time and, judging from the response so far, it already causing a buzz.

Below are some Frequently Asked Questions I've gotten regarding the book.  I wanted to answer them, so you'll have a good idea what to expect when the book is finally released and you get a copy in your hand.

Q) Will it be available in stores?

A) Absolutely.  It's available online at Amazon.com, BarnesandNoble.com, MSN, Highspots.com and tons of other online stores.  However, you're alsoable to pick it up at your local bookstores.

Q) When's the book going to be released?  I ordered it 100 years ago!

A)  It's was officially released on May 28th.

Q) What wrestlers participated in the book?

A)  The following people contributed exclusive quotes on the record:

Terry Funk,  Kamala, Tom Prichard, Missy Hyatte, Charlie Haas, Aaron Aguilera, Elix Skipper, Lanny Poffo, the Honky Tonk Man, D-Lo Brown, and Amy Weber.

However, many others helped in putting the final product together - just not "on the record."  As readers of WorldWrestlingInsanity.com know from our Radio Free Insanity guests, there's many people in the industry who are friends to the Insanity.  You can be assured that you'll get a view of WWE from every possible angle.

Q) I watch wrestling all the time.  I know everything there is to know about WWE!  Is there anything in the book that I don't know or haven't heard before?

A) Yes.

Q) Is the book about WWE's death?  They're still alive, dummy!

A) The book looks WWE's creative failures in the last few years.  From the late '90s to today, WWE's product has changed significantly in terms of how it's presented on-air.  This book sets out to examine why that is.

Q) So it's a WWE slam book?

A)  No.  Where WWE, the McMahons, Triple H or anyone else deserve praise, I praise them.  Where they deserve criticism, they get that too.

I'll be updating this FAQ as we get closer to the final release.  As of now, these are the most asked questions I've gotten so far, so I wanted to answer them. Be sure to check back for more info and answers in the coming weeks.

Thanks for checking us out and be sure to pick up World Wrestling Insanity - The Book.   You'll be glad you did.

Be Well,
James
